Great location. Rooms need some renovation. This can be a possible 5 star hotel if some investment is put into it. Overall an average level with the beach front location a huge plus.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. The rooms are nasty! We found roaches in the bathroom, the sheets were dirty and we found bugs behind our bed as well. When we requested to change rooms the owner told us she had none available. My husband called the hotel to see if they had any availability and they did. She lied right to our face and when I asked to get her bosses number she gave me two fake numbers knowing full well she was in the wrong. Beware! Do not stay at this cesspool.

Enjoyed the stay. Good service. Nice room. Just a little concerned with side entrances being unlocked at night. Anyone could walk in. All other doors seemed to be locked at night.

Room was nice and clean. It smelt really well and i could smell the cleaning supplies in the bathroom so that assured me on yhe cleanliness. Mini refrigerator had a opened bottle of vodka. Beds were really comfortable and the sheets were clean. However the lady that checked us in was very rude and snappy. She also took her time and charged me a different price from when i had spoken to her prior over the phone.

We LOVED our stay! Our room was clean and very spacious. We stayed in the 2 Queen bedroom suite with kitchenette and it had a pull out couch. great ocean view and Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were checked in prior to 4pm as our room was ready early. Rhonda at the reception was GREAT! The pool was clean and although it was crowded when we stayed (Labor Day weekend), they had a separate kiddie pool for my 6 year old to enjoy. Parking is very limited but they do have spaces across the street to accommodate. Breakfast was pretty good as you had a variety of cold and hot/fresh items to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. The hotel is very old and not kept up with. The elevators are very slow and go where they want too. The parking is tight and hard to get out of.

I stayed here during Memorial Weekend. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom room with a kitchen and balcony with ocean view. It was spacious and comfy. They have a decent sized pool with seating and a small kiddie pool. Hot and cold breakfast was provided daily. The staff was kind and attentive. The only complaint I have is the small bugs I saw in the kitchen area even though I had no food out. Great location and family friendly. I would definitely come back in the future.

Rooms are very dated. Breakfast sucks. The elevator is scary. But it did have what it said it offered. The beds are fine, the pool is clean, and there's an oceanfront view. Probably wouldn't stay here again, but for a few nights, it's affordable and there's no glaring issues

When we first arrived it was at 11 am and we had just been in the car for 13 hours and check in wasn't till four. Well they ended up having our room ready which was so nice of them to let us check in early. The room was larger than expected and we had a gorgeous ocean view. Also we were right next to the elevator which made me feel safer that we could get out faster if something should happen they ended up replacing our whole air conditioner in ten minutes when the other wasn't working right, and the man who did the job was very nice and professional. Loved the pools, especially the kiddie pool for our three year old. Breakfast is OK but could definitely be improved. Otherwise had a great stay and great view. Every staff member I saw was smiling and very nice and said hi. We will definitely stay here again.

Somewhat decent place to stay in Daytona. Seems like some rooms are newly renovated, while some are definitely not. My room was not, and seemed a bit dated other than the bedding, which was pretty decent other than flat pillows. Room size also seems to be random- some are huge, some are tiny. Most rooms have a good view of the ocean. If you are on a budget, and willing to play Russian roulette with your room selection-this is the place for you.
