Very nice plan to park your RV right in front of the Atlantic ocean. Beautiful view! Very nice and helpful staff.

Expensive. Big price but you get a big view. You can camp on the seawall right off the beach. This has been the most expensive stop in our travel trailer. (Yes we have stayed in disney) We enjoyed the weekend Sitting out enjoying the sun rise and Sun set. They have a very well stocked camp store. The store sells beer and food as well. This is a good place to make a once in a lifetime visit.

Had a great time. The campground is clean and well taken care of. It's expensive but you get what you pay for. Great place if you have have a dog. The people are extremely helpful and nice. The campsites are close but The real estate is at a waterfront premium and I expected that when I came here. Usually I don't like I oceanfront campgrounds. I come for my wife. This one was pretty good.

We were oceanfront as usual and the horizon is beautiful.it is only about 50 steps in the sand to cast your fishing rods at night or play in the ocean during the dayIt is a bit pricey and the sites are small, but everything you need for a Beach vacation is literally just steps away

Nice RV parking. They also rent out cabins. Right on the beach and a convenience store for your small needs.

Nice view but improvement required.

Pros

Well located, quiet beach, great for jogging, nice waves, beautiful beach, close to I95, friendly staff, perfect view, foot showers.

Cons

Too many dogs with no leach on the beach. Dogs barking all day without staff interventions, front-front trailer.. You better like your front neighbor. Camping could be way cleaner with flowers for example.

Its a 4 stars because of the spot not because of the campground. With little investment this place could be paradise. Finally hope you like dogs because its a zoo.

Very nice very friendly very nice site view in the ocean they need to get away to clean the floors in the shower so when you going to shower you don't have sand all over your feet like a way to spray the rest of the floor down or broom to sweep up everybody else's mess they made in their besides for that very nice place

After reading all negative reviews we still decided to try this place! And it is perfectly great to camp with family! Veiw is gorgeous! It is worth the price! Managment is friendly! Place is clean! Recomend it!

The place is a mess. Locals come in, smoke and drink and throw cigarettes all over the place. When your sitting in your site the owner drives up and down in his red Lexus starring at you all day. I tried to speak to him but he didn't speak English. He stairs at you like he's the king of India and your one of his disciples. It's horrible. Your sitting at your site and he's driving up and down staining at you. It's very creepy.
