This is my fourth vehicle bought at Lewis Toyota. I am a big fan of the Toyota brand because of its quality and reliability. For the last 20 years it still continues to impress.
I was not necessarily in the market this past spring, but I was able to drive a Venza and I was thinking that I will eventually need to own one.
I came back about a month ago after doing a lot of research on the different models. I met and discussed the options with Joy. She was very helpful and tried hard to accommodate my wishes and find the right car for me. Despite the scarcity of new cars, she was able to facilitate the process and get the car within a month. I was very impressed with her professionalism and kindness.
    Would highly recommend this dealership.

I got the perfect Tacoma at Lewis Toyota today. The whole process was so easy and enjoyable. Nicki set up my appointment and she is super nice. Steve Ramer Assistant Sales Mgr walked me through the details about the truck and the buying choices. He is so much fun to work with. Professional and knowledgeable that puts you at ease. Dakota got my paperwork done in amazing time. Everyone made this a perfect day in record time.

I came into Lewis Toyota with my daughter on yesterday, and right away I was impressed with professionalism, and kindness of the staff, and I must say, you don't always get that with each car dealership. But the young gentlemen that helped my daughter, I was beyond impressed with before the car was sold too her, he was quite amazing, his personality, and knowledge of his job position was quite impressive. I just love him, and his name was Santiago Cisneros. He's so amazing, and we honestly need more car salesmen like him. He honestly won me over. I'm an older lady, and I'm quite proud of him. His laugh and charm is good for any business, and I hope he has the brightest future. Thank you Lewis Toyota for your business, my daughter loves her car. And the experience was an absolute positive.

Jeff Cruse, Sales Consultant, presented himself with professionalism, appreciation of good ethics, and great customer service. When there seems to be a lot of turbulence in the daily news it is refreshing to share a remembering of joining with another humble human in what sharing being human together can really offer our collective experience.

Blessings be with Jeff and my many thanks for your service to me and my family.

I had them diagnose my car and they did just fine. I would give them an other star but the estimate seemed a little high. I don't have any problems with them. It's a good business!

Jeff Allen and Eric Bailey gave us great customer service when we purchased a used vehicle! Honest and upfront and treated with respect. Would definitely buy from these guys again! Thanks!

This dealership is absolutely ridiculous. My husband brought his truck in due to leaking oil and instead of trying to diagnose the truck fully to make sure nothing is wrong with engine/transmission they throw some oil in it and turned it on, said it was good to go! We drove two hours to come back to pick it up, and oh now it isn’t good and they have to tear it down to figure it out. David (Toyota mechanic) don’t you ever disrespect a woman again because she knew what the hell should have been done, I could give zero f’s about your 20 years when I was raised to fix trucks. My husband’s truck is under warranty or I would do it myself. Disrespectful ignorant person you are. Never will I let my husband deal with you again.

I like Toyota but, prefer to be treated with some respect. I had money to put down about 8,500 cash and the guy just was more interested in selling me what he wanted rather then listening to my needs i’ll find another Toyota dealership since I actually like Toyotas.

Clean, inviting environment. Staff very pleasant and helpful, treating us as valued customers. Only issue was why, if same owners, could we get the same car priced $1500 lower in Lawrence?

Drove in right before close with a car that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. Kelly got my car in and made me a reservation for a rental car. I wound up having rental car issues, but the man driving me from Toyota was willing to take me across town to get a car (plus unload 2 weeks worth of luggage while I waited in line for a rental car!). The dealership called me first thing in the morning with an update on my car. Gave me different options for fixing, all reasonably priced. The guys at Lewis Toyota really saved my day!

i took in 2006 highlander that had just detailed two days later to see if they would buy it. The said initially they would. Then the bait and switch i told them it was paid in full just waiting on title. I live 1/2 block away 30 days the title arrives. I take it back over there with their hand written quote signed by the general manager and the general manager told me he would nt honor the quote and would only take a trade in in which i already had a new car, These guys practices are horrible in the sales dept. The detailing and mechanics were pleasant to deal with. The general manager that sits behind the glass can will never ever again get a good recommendation from me again.

Vehicles are awesome, sales staff managers and whoever inspects the vehicles before they are put on the lot are not. A month after purchasing a 3 year old vehicle they claim the battery is dying on our first service check. There is no way that battery dropped in power within a month's time. Either they knew it was an issue before, but wanted to get more money out of service, or they completely failed to inspect that vehicle properly.

This place is terrible, i went in to look at a White Chevy truck parked on the grass on the Fairlawn side. I told the salesman that i had read reviews about promises being made and not keptand people being told that they should have inspected the vehicle PRIOR to buying it and i wanted to take the truck to have it inspected before buying it or making an offer to buy it. He said i could NOT take the truck to have it inspected unless i have a deal in place. He said "trust me, this truck is in immaculate condition..for its age". I said what does that mean "for its age"? It could still have issues but be in good shape for a 13 yr old truck. I said i wasnt going to buy it without inspecting ithe said "well, you get your mechanic to come here and look at it and we'll go from there" and walked away. ALSO, have any of you noticed that there's replies FROM the dealership in regards to the "happy" reviews but nothing regarding the bad experiences?!?!? What does that tell you about what will happen if something goes wrong with your purchase.

This dealership has a great selection of cars but it is not worth the hassle of dealing with these people. This place is the worst. The cars are WAY over priced and the salesmen are so pushy. The salesmen ask you crazy questions like "if you had to rate your credit score from 1-10 what would it be?" and " if you were to sell your current car to a friend what is the first thing you would fix on it?" and "are you married or anything?" I didn't realize I would be interrogated before I could buy a car. After coming to an agreement on the price, we went in to sign papers and they changed the price on us. Then when we refused to pay the increase they sales people wouldn't even look or speak to us. They claim they care about your business but I don't think they have ever heard of good customer service. I will be taking my business to Crown Toyota and I suggest everyone else do the same.

I purchased the BMW 530xi from Tony and Kyle Garrison a couple of weeks ago. I felt that the deal was fair and am very happy with the vehicle.

Except - when I purchased the vehicle I was told 3 different times that your dealership put new tires on the car. Upon post-sale inspection, the tires are almost bare and need to be replaced within the next 100 miles. I left a copy of the inspection report for Doug and requested that he call to discuss. After waiting for a few days, and then being told he was sick, I finally got in touch with him over the phone. He told me that he had thrown the inspection report away and was not interested in discussing it with me. He stated that because HE didn't tell me the tires were new, he is not willing to do anything about the tires. He said that despite what the salesperson told me (truth or lie), it is my responsibility to inspect the vehicle. He also told me that Lewis Toyota spends a lot in advertising in Topeka, so it doesn't matter if I'm upset or not.

I understand that a used car is not expected to be perfect, but I do expect that if a reputable dealership tells me the car has NEW tires, then it should have new tires. I would like to discuss this with someone other than Doug at your office and come to a reasonable agreement on this issue. Please contact me via email or cell phone at your earliest convenience.

When you walk in and 5 salesmen are chatting with each other and ignoring you, it's not a good sign. They had to be paged TWICE to the front desk and our luck, we got the new guy. We were just shopping for options, yet were told before even looking that we were "his second sale"um, we hadn't agreed to buy anything yet! Then, we educated him on the car we were looking for at that moment. He handed us off to another salesperson, since his credit check/sale had returned. This guy was better, and asked us why we were driving a car that we didn't have all we wanted. So, upon returning, we asked to look at a different model and were pleased. We did choose to go to another dealer to purchase due to lack of experience in the sales department and just overall displeasure in the treatment we received. Peopletrain your people before letting them loose!!

Robert Dasher is amazing! I was in a really tough situation and he helped me get into a great car that I could afford. He followed up with me and made a bad situation into a great experience! All of the sales team was wonderful! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
