Bought our first 2017 Sprinter Travel Trailer from Lakeshore RV and had a great experience with them. They answered all our questions, showed us several different models but really listened to what we were looking for and ended up the 2nd trailer they showed us we loved and purchased. We bought at the end of the season so we got a great deal but haven't had the chance to use it yet. Can't wait for Spring to get here now! If you're looking for a great deal, lots of options then go to Lakeshore RV.

Lakeshore RV was great to work with. They had the best price and the custom order process was quick and easy. We drove from Texas to pick up our new RV and it was worth the drive. They provided a spot to stay the first 2 nights so that they could resolve issues we found. Would definitely do business with them again!

I had a great experience with the sales dept! I enjoyed getting the camper and learning all the different things it did. The only problem I had was a malfunction with the air conditioning on my first camping trip, it did get resolved but took a little time. Overall good experience!

That was how I originally felt. Now a year later I have not had my camper for two months. I purchased all the extra warranties and everything that was recommended I cannot get consistent call backs with what is happening with my camper it has went from one problem to the next and terrible service. This is my first camper and I was so excited now I could care less if I have one! I will never buy another one from here because there service is absolutely terrible! Been waiting for months and have gone there still do not know what is going on with my camper and my camper just sits out back getting dirtier!!!!

Update: Lakeshore has replied that they are working to make this right. My sole request is, and has been, for this issue to be corrected, if it gets resolved appropriately I will be more than satisfied. I am very understanding that mistakes happen. It's how they are treated that really matters.
Review will be updated with the results, and rated accordingly.

Dealer installed 2nd AC and damaged the rubber roof. Camper is less than 1 year old and leaks rainwater. 2 local dealerships say entire roof must be replaced. Lakeshore has escalated this issue to the General Manager. I have asked for Lakeshore to repurchase this camper from me or trade it for a new one. No response from for over 1 week now. Will update this review after resolution. Meeting with a lawyer next week.

Toward the end of the season, when we couldn't find the camper we really wanted at other dealerships Lakeshore had it along with all the extras and supplies we needed. As first time buyers we found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. Our next "shopping trip" will definitely begin, and probably end at Lakeshore RV.

Great prices, amazing inventory and good people. Not what you would think of when discussing an RV Dealer.

I bought my Keystone Outback Travel Trailer in February and saved over $ 2000 from the show price at the RV Show. It was delivered as promised and I believe that Lakeshore RV should be on your list when pricing a new unit.

Last but not least are the people at Lakeshore. They dealt with me in an honest and straightforward manner. No hard sell for after products or extended warranties. For me the deal was a win win.

We live in Arizona and we purchased our RV at Lakeshore in Michigan because they gave us the best deal. It's amazing how much cheaper we got ours there than in the state that we live in. We worked with John and Sam and they were absolutely marvelous, customer service is great, Cheryl in finance was awesome and Becky was awesome also! They even let her spend two nights on the lot in it to make sure everything was OK before we left. Although the weather was really bad and it rained the majority the time they were there it was still a great trip. We would definitely purchase again from Lakeshore RV.
