We stayed here on vacation in the area and loved it. Great location to travel the region and one of the friendlier staffs I've ever encountered.

The room was clean, large bathroom, comfy bed. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. There were scrambled eggs and bacon. Yum.

Nice location and fairly clean facility. Had a salt water pool, so no chlorine smell. Had a great breakfast in the morning with meat, eggs and waffles.

Disappointed, hot tub cold,got settled into the room and television did not work, staff was very apologetic but we had to pack up and move to a room on a different floor. I do not fault the front counter people but maintenance should be checking pools daily and dropped the ball. I feel we were over charged for the ammenenties we couldn't enjoy😞

We stayed here sue to the power outage in Grand Haven. We wanted a pool and they had one, I wish though that, when I called to ask, they would have told me it was a salt water pool. The bed was comfortable - could have used a shelf in the shower to place my shampoo on. Ended up with an English muffin with peanut butter. Other breakfast items were either empty or unrecognizable. I needed a bed they had that..and a shower they had that too.

I was there last week and the hotel was everything I expected. I had good, quick wireless internet and the hotel was close to many dining choices. Nothing spectacular but no surprises either.

The stay was very comfortable. We requested the pullout bed to be made for me, while my parents slept on the actual bed, they did this for us and that was very much appreciated. My only issue, when we arrived, exhausted, nobody was at the check in counter, so we waited and eventually called for someone to assist us, it took another 10 minutes for someone to check us in.

My stay at the Muskegon Mariott was wonderful. Front desk staff were always cheerful and engaging, and facilities were clean and neat. My room was orderly, a cute little note from the room cleaner wishing me a wonderful stay laying on my desk. The room stayed a decent temperature, and the sheets, while thin on the pull-out bed, were luxuriously soft and kept heat in.

When I arrived in my room it was extremely clean and cozy, it was exactly what I thought it would be. The front desk was really nice and inviting and on the first day there were even cookies out on the front desk. The breakfast in the morning was great. The pool was closed during my stay but besides that I couldn't have asked for a better stay

It was a great local hotel for a quick getaway. Close to shopping and restaurants. The kids loved the pool and hot tub as well as our Jacuzzi tub in our room. The staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good. I would have liked it better not see the stains on the curtains or the chair. It made me question the cleanliness of the sheets. :-/
