  House looks great.
  
  Killed grass in two spots (one 3*2 ft patch, another 1*2 ft patch)
  Killed nearly half my ground cover on a hill behind my house that has taken years to fill out.
  
  Also ripped up paint when they removed the tape they covered my garage door opener with and didn't say anything about it. Not a huge deal, but now I have to find matching paint and fix it.
  
  While the house is clean I'm not sure if it's better than pressure washing if it's killing so much of my stuff.

  Disrespectful
  Not I’m not mistaken and yes I’m not a customer I actually had an issue with one of you employees, he was parking in the middle of the street I beeped so he could move his truck a little to the right which he could’ve easily done but he wouldn’t and kept looking and smirking at me, I had to wait for him to move his truck after a while, and thanks to his disrespectful and unprofessional behavior I got late to work and yes I do have a picture

  I have worked with Dave and his team for years for large communities I manage. He has been very attentive to the unique needs of each community. His team has been professional and if there have been any concerns they have been handled very timely. I highly recommend. This season I have had wonderful feedback from Board members and community member.

  The staff members were extremely friendly and patient with my mother. The price was very reasonable as well. The staff power washed the gutters and showed us pictures afterwards of their work. We also had our gutter guards installed and can't wait to see how much that'll make a difference for us in the future. Thank you!

  I have been having various work projects completed on my home lately, and Lake State stands out as the best. They worked hard! on a 95 degree day! the work done was excellent. I highly recommend them.
