  Everyone at Steadfast was extremely responsive and professional. I called needing 150ft of parapet wall re-capped after the existing cap was blown away. Adding urgency, there was a big storm coming in just a few days later. I had been on the phone for two days trying to find a roofer who could get the job done in time.
  
  Two Steadfast employees came out the next morning, assessed the job, and quoted me a price. They explained everything they’d need to do, step-by-step, and (as promised) they delivered the entire repair two days later.
  
  Throughout the day, a site manager was on hand to answer my many questions, point out and explain what was being done, and assess other parts of the roof and gutter system.
  
  The team worked until late in the evening to make sure the work was delivered on time, which I really appreciated.
  
  Overall, really happy with Steadfast and will be using them again.

  Excellent work! Ryan kept us updated on the project and the crew was awesome. They were fast and efficient, and they took care to protect the outside of our home while working. Definitely recommend!

  I do not take writing this review lightly but I cannot in good conscience let someone else make the same mistake that I did in letting Brian from Steadfast work on their home. This was a complete disaster from start to finish. We hired Brian for a completely new roof back in August of 2021. He told us the project would be done promptly taking two months at most. He did not complete our project until February of 2022. He put our home renovations back about 5 months and would dodge our calls for weeks at a time with no good excuse except that he is "busy". Then months later after we paid him in full we find that there are still holes in our roof, so pictured below is how he left our home. Do not make the same mistake we did and hire this company! Brian lied to us many times and he still has not returned our calls and tried to make his mistakes right.

  Reasonable price, showed up when they said and the finished product looked great. Would and did recommend to friends and neighbors who were also happy with the results.
