Great service but it would be nice if recycle was emptied closer to when garbage is emptied. Shouldn’t have to go out to the road twice, due to recycle coming much later and not really knowing what time 🤷♀️

Waste management is great. I have worked with them before in making a video. They are on time, clean, friendly and I appreciate their service.
I do however believe we should have the same schedule for recycling as we do waste.response / report this review -

Costs keep going up for whenever services despite all these new rules which seems to bring in more then the standard rate. Yet people like me who abide by these rules and don’t get these over charges for these rules still get hit with whatever price increases you want to make it. I’m forced to continue with paying and now unable to provide as well for my family because every company out their including WM wants a bigger slice. It’s disgusting how the American dream is nothing more then a dream because it will never be a reality like it was before. Middle class and beyond could be obtained before and now it’s more true to its name, only a dream.

Last week my recycling can was not picked up and it was completely full. I reported it and told they would pick up the next business day. They didn’t. I left it by the street all week but no luck. They also didn’t pick up a couple weeks before, but I didn’t report it since I figured everyone has a bad day once in awhile. This last time though made it difficult going into a holiday since I was having guests. I stored my trash bags in garage and finally was able to put them in the cans after my regular pick up this past Saturday.

Service is great, so is the monthly fee!! Far more reasonable than other utilities. The driver never leaves a tipped over container either! Waste Management is always reliable every Wednesday for pick up. Don't forget to put your container out, then! Mary~Cottonwood, Ca.
