  The entire staff, vets, techs, and front office make you feel welcomed and valued. Our kitties have been patients at this practice for 10 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Great quality care. I really like the quarterly cats only days.

  Vet Care nd Staff are Wonderful! If you are buying meds however, this is not the place In fact, they made my life miserable for getting RX's cheaper from a mail away service. They won't even send the RX via fax. Great with the pets, not so good customer service

  I was SO nervous to drop my fur baby off for a teeth cleaning and the vet tech + doctor both gave me such reassuring information to help calm my nerves about the Anesthesia process. (I have a 5.6 pound toy Pomeranian so I was super nervous because of her size). She was done quickly and was doing so well, after! It was a great experience and I highly suggest them .:)

  Each and every staff member is friendly and professional. The technicians and doctors treat my canine as if he's their own. They demonstrate a genuine care and concern for my little guy's well being. And they do this without being pushy upselling me on products and services. I love this vet and strongly recommend!!

  The staff was very sympathetic to us when we brought Annie for her final vet visit. It was a terrible decision to come to, and the staff provided a special room for us to spend our final minutes with her. Thank you for not making us check in and go to the waiting room. It was the first door on the left as we walked in and we did not have to mask our grief. I've never been through this before, and I can see you have helped many who have. Very professional and caring toward our situation. Thank you.

  Have always loved how LakeCross Vet makes each visit personal for each pet I have ever had over the many many years. Love the added options for holistic care in addition to traditional care. Have been a customer for over 20 years and have always received the best care and support from all the staff.

  I am new to the area and stumbled upon Lake Cross Veterinary Hospital by chance. I am so grateful I did. The entire staff were happy, helpful, understanding, and accommodating! Dr. Wahl treated my dog with such kindness and was very informative. I can honestly say that this was the best veterinary visit I've had! Definitely recommend! =]

  We love this Vet! Dr. Tuttle is always thinking of our pups and loves them as we do. She and the staff at Lakecross are thorough and has always treated us with respect and kindness. We have referred many pets to her.
