Ive spent tons of money here over many years. Ive brought my friends from overseas to spend even more, there are loads of items here unavailable in their own countries. Steadily the customer service has dwindled and faded away. From 6-7 years ago with sullen and uncommunicative staff to the present, circling the drain with surly and overly/unduly suspicious staff. I brought the MENTALLY DISABLED VETERAN i care for to pick up several fathers day gifts for both of us. I was treated as though i jumped through the window in a ski mask and he as a bug in a jar, despite our courteous and cordial arrival.
SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY..
order online from much cheaper suppliers and have a random stranger be rude to you for free.
Ill not spend money to go there and be treated like a 2nd class citizen EVER again.
Thanks for a few years of lukewarm service at the very least.

Just it was all around good And I've looked for place like this. But better bring your wallet you find one thing to go with this and that thing so yeah on a "Pricey" scale of one to ten it's a 4. But the best part is the employees willingness to help.

We love this place!! Have been countless times over the past year and a half and will continue to go back!!! It surprises me to read these reviews, but also makes me wonder if these people giving bad reviews weren't being difficult to deal with to begin with. Wouldn't surprise me by the way their tone is in the reviews. The people in the store have always been helpful and easy to deal with as far as we're concerned.
