Let me start off by saying that I bought a brand new 2016 Toyota Tundra from this dealership. With that purchase you get the free service for two years after your purchase. Well my last appointment for the free service was scheduled for 9/29. I live in Rock Hill and have to drive for an hour just to get to this dealership for this service. Something came up on that day and I had to reschedule for 10/4. Which is today. So I take the morning off of work to take this in for the service and come to find out, Sept was the last month for the free service. So I took the morning off, drove an hour to get this service done, because it had to be done there from what they told me. Only to be told that since I didn't bring it in on 9/29 that it was now past the time for getting the free service done. To say I wasn't happy would be an understatement. What really makes me mad is the fact that someone there couldn't have overridden this and still gave me my final service for free. It's not like I was coming in three months past the time asking for this. I had it scheduled for Sept but again, I had to reschedule it five days later. Even if they couldn't have allowed it, they could have offered a discount or something on the service that was scheduled just to try and make things right. Instead the service rep suggested I could take my truck to a dealership in Rock Hill to get the service done in the future so that I wouldn't have to drive so far next time. We he is right about that. I walked out right then. I will never go back to Hendrick for service, for a car or anything else. I will take my truck to any other dealership besides Hendrick for service. On top of that, my wife and I buy new cars regularly and I can guarantee you that they won't be bought at a Hendrick dealership. This place lacks professionalism and any sense of customer service. I am completely blow away by the way they handle this. Glad I found this out now as opposed to several cars down the road. They have lost a customer for life and I will not ever recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. They seem to believe that they are too big now and customers are nothing more than a number to them. Buyer beware!

Been to Hendrick Toyota several times for service on my FJ Cruiser. Service was fast, professional and reasonably priced. The techs and service writers were likewise a pleasure to deal with.
All in all, a very good experience. Highly recommend!

I had a great buying experience here! I called 10-15 Toyota dealerships within driving distance of me, and Hendrick Toyota Concord offered me the best price by far on the brand new vehicle I was looking for! In addition to the outstanding price, the buying process was smooth and professional. Chris the sales manager, John Larson the salesman, and Pete in finance were all a pleasure to work with, and made my buying experience easy and stress-free! When browsing at other dealerships, I had to deal with pushy, unpleasant employees. At this dealership, they were nothing but polite, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the experience and price!

Been going here for years. Mike in service is THE reason. I've worked with other service advisors, who have all been nice as well. It's Mike that does his job just differently enough that I want to talk to him every time.
Sales is sales. Typical- "what payments are you looking for?" Pitch.
Parts blows chunks. They are the Harry Potter of the organization. If there was a room under the stairs (there are no stairs here), that's where you'd find parts. The service in parts is great though, if a bit slow.

I go through Service Rep , Chris H . Business is business however I must say , I am very impressed with the customer service experience . Very honest and professional. I was against going through a dealership when i first moved here four years ago however their service helps maintain your vehicle from future problems and they always give you a heads up in regards to what major repairs need to be done. If they are working in an area of the vehicle where another part may need to be fixed they will inform you of it and replace it which actually saves you cost from bringing your car back for service. The technicians are very good and fast working ! Price all and all is very fair and reasonable. It seems to me that the preventable maintenance they persuade is in the best interest of the customer however it's important to maintain your vehicle !!! I do recommend this dealership and look for service rep Chris H , he will be more then happy to help you and is fantastic!

The service was excellent. Every time I come, they are very professional and always keep me updated on my vehicle. The two best employees they for me are Rick McKenzie and Michael Sheehan in your service department. I wouldn't know what to do with out them. They take great care of me and my car. She listened to my concerns and took interest in what was important to me in a vehicle purchase. My experience at Hendricks Toyota in Concord was OUTSTANDING👌👌👌Carl Scott was our salesman 👍👍👍. Carl was well informed, personable and he stuck with us, walked us through the entire process and located the right vehicle for us. He spent the entire daywith us and came back the next day which was his off day to close the deal. I must say this was the best experience I've had at a dealership. The level of service was exceptional from beginning to end and I would highly recommend friends, and relatives and strangers 😊😊😊 . Thanks again to Carl and Paul for everything'. I love my new car.

I can't express how much I love this dealership. From the moment I stepped on the lot I had a sales rep (Robbie B) assisting me with getting a new car. I wasn't sure if I wanted to get one that day but I test drove a Toyota Corolla and I loved it. Robbie worked with me and explained to me the best options for buying a car. I left the dealership that day. Robbie was not pushy and was NOT calling me every 3 seconds to buy a car which was very nice because most of the other dealers are very persistent and obnoxious. He let me know that he still wanted to work with me and he was there when I was ready to get a new car. I had some off time so I came into Hendricks again and spoke with Robbie and Noel. I ended up leasing a 2017 Toyota Corolla. They worked with me on pricing and even helped me get out from under my old car. They did it much quicker than I had ever imagined and I was completely thrilled. All the sales reps and managers are incredible there and always make sure that someone is helping you. I will never go to another car dealer; (1) because Robbie and Noel were outstanding sales reps and (2) I absolutely LOVE my Corolla. Thanks Guys!

My husband and I purchased our second Toyota Tacoma from Hendrick Toyota Concord. We had a great experience both times, and worked with Joe Burke, both of those times as well. The second purchase we had a lot more contact with Joe, as we ordered the truck. He was great with communication and keeping us up to date with delivery. He has even checked in with us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. We took delivery of our truck In June of 2016, and enjoy it very much. If we are ever in the market for another Toyota, we will return and definitely ask for Joe Burke!
