  People in the office are always trying to help students and giving them solutions. If I had any concerns about study, my future path, life in America and even about my family, I would go straight to talk to them. There is definitely great environment that I can keep studying English with them!

  I bet the people who rate this place with 5 stares have not been there. This is the worst place to take exam in. I have very bad experience with them. Starting from the process of the exam, they treat candidate like animals, we had to put our clothes on the ground.
  The thing that made me extremely frustrated, is the score result, I called and emailed them more than 10 times, they respond with careless and ignorance, they refuse to investigate way I hadn't received my report for two months, instead they asked me extra money to reprint the score report.
  In conclusion, if your time is important, don't go there, even if the alternative is in Alaska, go there, I promise, going to Alaska will save time, at least you will find people respect you and your time.

  Since I have tried many IELTS test centers I can say that this is the worst IELTS test center ever. I took the test on December the 5th and today is January 13 and I got nothing! No result! Now I have to wait until next year to start the university because I'm over the deadline now. I emailed them couples hundred times and they responded to some of them and the answer was we sent it and we don't control the postal service. And when I drove there for three hours I got the same answer. The USPS might use camels do deliver letters? If so it should be faster :) Also, I contact with the British council and they transfer me to the same center :)
  
  To whom may want to take IELTS:
  Don't ever never eveeeer think about taking IELTS in this center.
