We are checking out today, we stayed 3 nights with 2 people and a dog. In a king sized room on the bottom floor, right next to the elevator and the gym. It was so quiet and peaceful and we know for sure there were people staying beside us but it was barely noticeable. I slept like a baby, you can't even hear the highway traffic even though you're right beside it. The room was so nice and clean. It was completely with high speed internet, microwave, TV, Fridge and coffee pot. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back! :)

This hotel is a good choice to people looking for inexpensive solution in the north of Dallas. I recommend to book a room not overlooking the street.

The reviews on here are odd to me. This is not a new hotel but it’s very clean. Our room was clean and well stocked with towels & travel soaps. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The staff was very pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about us staying there. The breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. I’m more partial to unsweetened creamer so that was my one and only thing. Would stay here again for sure. And only because one reviewer said it and I hate bugs so much I wanted to say that no bugs were seen at all. ☺️

I've stayed at this hotel several times and it's always clean and the rooms are homey. This place serves scrambled eggs for breakfast not boiled. (That's a plus in my opinion.) The employees are friendly and helpful. The biggest drawback is the hotel is situated on a one way service road and is not visible until you are right up on it. Fortunately, there's two entrances. If you miss the first you can catch the second BUT, the second entrance is below a steep hill and can be easily overlooked as well.

Had 4 rooms booked in advance for about a month, with our military discount and all. When we arrived at 4:30, we were told our rooms where not available yet, even though check in was at 3?? Our bathroom had mold in it, bottom of the tub would cut your feet because it was so damaged, and the elevators where not working, so we had to climb the stairs. No to mention the front desk people where so rude, when I called the night before our stay just to ensure they still had our rooms reserved, the gentleman on the phone continued to burp in the phone and could not get his information correct. Same gentlemen was at the desk when trying to check in and he was very rude as well, then. I have had numerous issues with this hotel chain but have tried to give this chain the benefit of doubt but not any longer, I will spend my money elsewhere from now on.

The room we got was not the right room but we didn’t make a fuss. The hotel was not as clean as it could have been. A woman’s car got broken into. I would suggest moving the cameras more out in the parking lot for the customers protection. Also as we was leaving other people was complaining. I believe your elevator needs maintained. I suggest you all step it up .

Let the shower run a good 5 minutes because it takes that long to get "warm" water. If you use a cpap machine, bring an extension cord because they only have 1 outlet between the beds and you can't unplug the lamp and if you don't have an alarm clock, you won't be able to unplug it either. Other than those 2 problems, the room was plenty comfortable and clean.

I don't understand why the closet has an actual door but the bathroom doesn't. Why does the closet get more privacy than the bathroom. On my issue I had.

Convenient location if you're doing business at Park Lane. Decent, clean room. No fridge in room. No bar or restaurant. Close walking distance to several restaurants and Trader Joe's-- however be prepared to walk over some grass on the side of the million-lane expressway to get there (no sidewalks!).

Overall had a good experience during out stay. The room looked nice and was very comfortable. We did have a stained towel (bluish green streak) that we didn't know if it was dirty or just stained. Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about or much of a review. Would stay again thoigh.

Has I stay here and I am here for a Long moment, my first 3 weeks were very unpleasant. They do not take care of there pool or hot tub area and they dont care for peoples rightsthey say there a non smoking hotel and i smoke but i respect and go outside and on my floor i have to complain several times and they still dont do something when it smells like someone is striaght hot boxing cigerettes and they do not keep up with there maintaince and they are very unrealiable. I would never reconmend this hotel

Just moved from Chicago to a new location of Maggiano's at Northpark best hotel I've stayed in in a long time staff was welcoming and nice keep up the good work breakfast was also

Rooms were spacious, our air conditioning was not the greatest. Plenty of parking. Pool small but nice. Decent Continental breakfast with waffles, sausage, fruit, cereal and bagels.

The hotel was in a good location close enough to downtown to get to anywhere, and the hotel was nice. Breakfast was pretty average but there was a workout room, a pool, and a nice meeting room area. Rooms were nice, with everything you need for basics.
