The hotel was very elegant, and the staff was friendly. I was able to choose my own room as part of the Hilton Rewards program, and received two bottles of water upon checking in. I was only there for one night, so did not have an opportunity to use any amenities other than the business center where I printed my boarding passes with ease.

A really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Snacks sold by the check in desk. Food available on premise. A BBQ restaurant right in front as well as a 7/11 walkable. Was a nice stay. Clean rooms. Pool/Gym.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The rooms are updated and nice. Helpful staff, plenty of parking, and conveniently located restaurants make this my go to Austin hotel.

Me and some colleagues were staying in this hotel on a business trip, and all of us experienced a strong moldy stench that didn't go away even if we left the windows open. this was extremely unpleasant and I think dangerous.
The floor carpet was torn and dusty.
I was staying in the south wing of the hotel on the first floor and everyday around ~5am there would be some loud high-pitched machinery sound that laster until ~6-7am. The hotel owner mentioned they know about this problem. however, they don't intend to solve it ASAP.
the staff is not so friendly, and not always looking to help.

on the positive side, the furniture looks well, Internet is fast, Bed is kind of comfortable.

The Garden Inn are some of Hilton's better properties in my opinion. Rooms are nice, and the lobby space appears to be specific designed for getting work done. Of course, know the breakfast is not free at these. It's a decent made to order egg with several good meats on the buffet. It's about $11.

This one did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and the experience was quality.

Room was clean, everything seemed new, bed was very comfortable. Front desk receptionist was very friendly, housekeeping staff was very accommodating. Pool was salt water and a good size for a quick dip. Bar could use a little better selection of wine and beer. Overall we will stay here again.

I did like very much the room.the breakfast is awesome. The attention from the staff is great. Didn't test the pool,but with the hot weather of Austin, I would liked to go swimming.

Not bad. I would stay again. Breakfast is okay. Rooms are clean but seen better. Bar and food is not so great but there are restaurants just next door. Prime location and business facilities. There is a gym but not great.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Little less lighting than would have been liked. Great drinks, always fresh coffee, cookies need to be available all day. Love them.

Absolutely ridiculous. Cheap hotel with small uncomfortable beds that is 30 minutes through traffic to downtown Austin. Tried to make the best of it until I woke up this morning in the freezing cold room that my baby couldn't sleep in and was told customers have to pay $11 per person to eat any of the breakfast they put out. They don't even offer bagels or muffins. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This will be my last time staying in a Hilton hotel. We get way more value staying anywhere else. I tried to cancel when I realized how far away from everything it is but they told me it was non-refundable. In this case you get way less than what you pay for. I couldn't even talk to the manager about it because she doesn't come in until late morning after they serve breakfast. All I wanted was a muffin for my two year old but we have to pay to for him to "eat free".

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. It is just a short drive from downtown Austin, maybe a 15 minutes. The first thing I noticed was how nice the lobby was. It was modern, and set up very nicely. The rooms are also pleasant, although the rooms with two smaller beds are quite narrow and could be difficult for two people to fit on. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I have no major complaints at all.
