Staff were great. So was pool. Elevators are very fast. Unfortunately the ceiling in our room poured water one night during a storm and ruined a bunch of our stuff. We then noticed it had been previously repaired, poorly. At 5am the thermostats in our suite started beeping like a fire alarm. Front desk said sorry, a technician was enroute as it was happening on the top two floors of the hotel. Our baby wasn't happy about that. Our suite prior to and during the week stay wasn't cleaned well at all. Last guest's garbage under the couches and chocolate/debris in the cushions stayed there all week. I heard it was a nice hotel when it opened, appears it quickly aged due to poor maintenance or construction.

What a great experience! From the moment we arrived we were treated suburb! I was there for a convention over the weekend. The vallet greeted us promptly the front desk were so professional, well groomed (beautiful and handsome staff) and so friendly. Room was great and very clean with a pool view. Breakfast was delicious and wait staff was so so friendly. We had our food catered from here and it was great. Our meeting ran late so the young man gave me a 3pm check out thank you. Last but meant the most one of my friends was feeling very ill and had checked out in the morning. This was about 130 so we asked the young lady at the front if there was anyway she could go back to her room. She allowed her till 4 and gave her some water. Not only is this hotel nice the staff goes beyond what you would expect them to do. People go to work to receive a paycheck but you could see these employees enjoy what they do and comes naturally. I can't wait to come back next year for our next convention. Thank you Westin for a great experience your awesome!!!!!

If you like having access to the domain. Shops, restaurants and entertainment. Westin is located right in the center. Good rooms. Full service property with food and pool. They allow pets and seem to be very supportive. Easy parking. Valet available. About 15 minutes from downtown without traffic.

Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and the hotel exceeded my modest expectations. My suggestion is to be more transparent in your business. If you charge a service fee/ gratuity of 24%, delivery fee of $5, plus tax 8.25% for your room service then clearly state the price you are charging your valued guests. The fine print at the bottom of the menu is just that, fine print. If I place an order for a menu price of $50, but the actually charge will be $75.53, then state that clearly on your menu. Your guests with be more pleased with transparency, and less upset with an unexpected price shock. Cheers!

First time staying here and I can't wait to come back!! Staff is very friendly and attentive. Their bed and pillows were heavenly. Not to mention the location.. everything is right next door and I mean everything. Shopping, dinning, bar, dog park and spas!

The Westin at the Domain is a lovely place to stay for a multitude of reasons.
Pros: The rooms were good. The beds were - as they are rumored to be - heavenly. The rooms were decently spacious. The grill and restaurant - Urban an American Grill - was very good. For the breakfast buffet we had a more than excellent server, Tammy. She was probably the nicest server I've ever had. Alex was the one who served us at dinner, and when the bar messed up one of our drinks he was very apologetic and kind. He also recommended us the Belgian waffle dessert. The location of the Westin was amazing. Right next to the shopping complex the Domain, which proved to be very helpful in finding somewhere to eat.
Cons: The only thing that I have to complain about was the wait for the food. It was a little bit lengthy.
Overall, I loved this hotel and if I had the choice to, I would come back.response / report this review -

I've always loved staying at the Domain. The rooms are great and service is wonderful. Highly recommend if you want to stay in a location that is not overcrowded yet still close to great restaurants and shopping.

The rooms are large and well laid out. The staff is very helpful. The gym was well equipped and pristine. The hotel's restaurants provided great service and food.

For our agenda the location was great. The hotel seems pretty new. The room was typical size, with a great walk in shower. The staff was friendly. There is no executive lounge here, but that has been typically in my Westin experiences.

We had our acoustic guitars ma dolyn harmonicas and voices ready for a fun night in the lobby bar area like we did the year before. We were shut down before we started. NO LIVE MUSIC AFTER 9 PM.

Unfortunately, I had to use this hotel for a company function. It took me 45 minutes to get checked in because of "fighting" with the front desk clerk. The clerk also made me leave a credit card on file for incidentals, which would have been ok, but instead of charging the company's credit card for the rooms and taxes like they were supposed to do, they charged mine for the entire stay of our staff! I am still fighting with them to get the matter resolved and have the charges switched to the correct card. The food was extremely expensive for the quality. The biggest plus this location has is its surrounding area. Plenty of great shops and restaurants right in the Domain.

I visited this property on 5/20 -5/21 based on reviews for my 3rd anniversary. Check in was great the rest of the experience was horrible.
My 3rd year anniversary will be remembered as a disappointment!
1. The sheets upon entering had a huge stain. This was eventually replaced.
2. The new sheets and bedding had many holes.
3. The cylinder shaped pillow smelled a horrible odor of a person living on the streets.
4.The soap and shampoo bottles was used or half full.
4. I tried calling the service desk and it was so much static over the line i hung up and used the face soap to bathe
5. I sent a letter to management dated 5/22/17 for answers and never received an email, call or letter back.
After so many service infractions, I was really upset and didn't want to take my disappointment out on anyone personally. This hotel is NOT worth the nightly room rate. I would NOT stay here again. I suggest Westin-Domain visit Westin Westminster in Westminister, Colorado and take a page out of their playbook. Our second anniversary there was delightful.response / report this review -

My car was towed after I planned to stay there for the night. I was hungry and chose to eat at the domain and walk from there prior to registering for the night and was towed within the hour! Of course all managers there admitted that they are informed of any towings beforehand. All but one manager, the only male, were nice. Of course he only directed me to call the towing company and didn't want to bother with me. I'm never staying at a Westin because of this inconvenient experience.
