This was a port in a very difficult storm. I stayed here while my mother was in nearby Emory/St Joseph's Hospital. I needed a place to rest, and recupe between daylong visits to the hospital. The weekday breakfast was great, as was the wonderfully friendly employee who prepares it. The Saturday one was pretty awful. My room was clean and ok, but the mattress was basically worn out. The place is under renovation, so I am hoping they will replace them.

When we first arrived we noticed they had signs up the were doing renovations. Its easy to see why. While the lobby looked nice, once we got to the elevators, it was a different story. The ceiling and floors for missing piece. And while our room was a good size and worked for our needs, the carpet turned my son's feet black and the shower curtain rod was not fully attached. Also, it wasn't until the last night of our stay that employees at the front desk were actually friendly. It was one of the cheaper options in a good and convenient area, so it worked out. But hopefully when their renovations are complete it will look like a whole new hotel.

It was comfortable enough. The hotel says it's completely smoke free but when I went to my floor it smelled like cigarettes.

They are in the process of renovating the hotel so hopefully new carpet will get rid of the smell.

This is a nice hotel, but it's definitely old and could be remodeled. The elevators are very slow, and only one was working during my stay. The rooms and hallways are also very dated and old-fashioned, and really need to be renovated. The bed and room were comfortable though, and the staff was very nice. I also liked the shuttle that takes you to local offices and areas. This hotel is great if you're only there for one night.

Terrible experience. First and foremost, when I first arrived to the hotel I pulled back the sheets to my bed and there was a HUGE stain on the sheets, disgusted I took those sheets off which revealed a stain on the mattress pad itself, leading me to believe that they did NOT change the sheets upon my arrival. Next, we never had any towels, apparently there is only a certain amount of towels and if you run out you're out of lucky. I had to use HAND TOWELS to dry my body. Honestly, everything seemed dirty. The shower water wouldn't drain, the complementary water was never full, the lack of resources in this facility is astonishing to me considering the amount of money that is being spent. After I told the person at the front of the desk, she did NOT CARE and brushed off the situation. I am completely disgusted w this facility and its horrible staff and will never in my life come back.

The hotel staff was very kind and hospitable and made every attempt to accommodate me during the stay. The hotel was clean but the floor that I stayed on had a mildew like odor right near the elevator. I noticed the cleaning staff using bleach to clean the guest rooms which was nice. The bed was soft and comfortable with NO sign of bed bugs and I checked. The water pressure and hot water were both excellent, but the shower head seemed slightly dysfunctional and dated. Considering all, the shower was one of the best I have had in a hotel. I didn't get in the pool, but it did not look to be anything fancy just 3 to 5 feet as usual with no bells or whistles. I used the business center which was equipped with Apple computers and a printet. The breakfast was nice (eggs, sausage, waffles, plus). No restaurant but food within walking distance. The photos are from my departure not arrival.

They had a good variety of items for breakfast. Front desk workers were nice. The hotel is right next door to a plaza with good eats and grocery. The area is nice aside from there being no gas station in the immediate area. The pool is very small and was always fully occupied the weekend I was there. There was a family reunion being held there, so kids were everywhere and the elevator floors stayed wet. The room itself was in a quiet area. The bathroom is a fourth of the size of the one in my apartment. You have to back into the bathroom to shut the door. The carpet had many stains. The tv had many channels that were out. The bed was comfortable. They throw food menus underneath the door, and it wasn't a pleasant surprise to see them strewn across the floor in the morning. Overall, it wasn't a terrible place to stay.

Great Hotel for the price! Beds were really comfortable. The continental breakfast was good, they had waffles, eggs, sausage and oatmeal for hot items. The front desk was very helpful, held our luggage before we could check in. It is within walking distance of the Marta train to downtown.

Old hotel, musty smell in the carpets, found a bed bug in the bathroom, elevator felt like it was barely functioning. Staff was friendly, but hotel quality is poor. The continental breakfast is a joke! Spend your money elsewhere is my advice unless you're desperate for a place to stay for the night.

Terrible Experience. Checked in and about 2 hours later found a roach in the bathroom. Requested to be moved to a different room on a different floor. My request was granted. In the new room the water in the sink and the tub drained really slow. Walls are very thin. The morning of checkout I requested a 12 o'clock checkout which they granted but 10 min later housekeeping knocked once and walked in then at 1140 someone I assume was the manager knocked on my door to see if i was checking out. When I walked out my room the whole hall smelled like marijuana.
