Granted there are signs posted saying they are remodeling. I think it was to hide that it needs work. The elevator smelled like weed. The room did not have a tv in it but had a remote for one. That was amusing. The only thing good was the price.

I stayed here for one night & I will definitely come again the front desk staff made me feel welcome as soon as I came through the front door with a big smile along with those beautiful eyes of hers ,my room was very clean wifi worked fine everything was awesome

I don't want to even give one star. The place is filthy. The first room they gave us, a cockroach ran up the wall when we flipped on the light. Second room seemed better but we eventually saw one there too. It smells bad everywhere. Across the street from strip clubs and it's just a very shady neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra few bucks for almost any other place available. Editing to add the mold around the windows

Stayed here with a friend in April 2017. Rooms were GROSS. Cleaning women gave us dirty looks in the morning. And there was loud music until 4AM both nights we were there. Concierge was ok and breakfast was. You get what you pay for. Parking was fine and hotel was easy to find. Overall the hotel needs a full remodel.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past six months, every other week, staying a week at a time. Rooms are very clean, the staff is EXCELLENT and always make us feel at home. We would stay here again at any time and would recommend it to anyone. Convenient to several locations for shopping, tourism or work related.

I can't say enough about the staff at this location they are just wonderful! They are going to a renovation right now so be prepared for that inconvenience other than that I would recommend them

Police state with officers on patrol at all hours of the night watching your every move. Roaches galore throughout the property. Toilets clogged, incompetent management double charging credit cards, and water turned off at random intervals throughout the morning. Prostitutes cruisin the parking lot from the strip club next door. I'm sure you can get a room by the hour if you're so inclined. Enjoy your stay in Atlanta!

Hi my name is Jovonna Smith I stayed at the Microtel for 1 week and we had a great stay in the Microtel 1840 Corporate but I'm from Houston and we had a hurricane and the great staff came together and gave us a free extra day to stay they really helped us when we was in need I pray we can leave Atlanta soon to go back to Houston but while I'm here Robbie the manager and his staff keeping us safe thank god Thanks Robbie

Horrible!! For the most part my sister got ate up by bed bugs!!! Disgusting the toilet got backed up I asked for someone to come unstop it the front desk told me I had to wait until housekeeping got there or I can do it myself!! REALLY!! People across the hall was run and yelling cursing at each other the breakfast was horrible!! Not what the website shows AT ALL!! THE rates on the sign is not what u pay they advertised for $59 a night and charge u $79 a night!! The elevator smelled horrible!!! I checked in last week and they charged my card TWICE and the clerk WITH THE ATTITUDE SAYS SHE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!! I WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFE RETURN TO THIS HOTEL!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT IT DOWN

The customer service was absolutely terrible. The rooms were disgusting, ounce I walked in the carpet was soiled and there was trash under the bed. The linen was just two peices of shabby fabric with holes in it. The bathroom was dirty and had rust stains in the tub, the water didn't stay hot and they only give you two towels and wash clothes. The kitchenett set was dirty. It consisted of a burnt-out dirty microwave a refrigerator and cups. There was no coffe pot and the refrigerator did not stay cold. There were ants coming from cracks in the walls as well. Overall this was the the most professional and dirty hotel/micro hotel I have ever been to.

Visited a friend who was here from out of town. The location is on Buford hwy in Atlanta. The room seemed neat and clean. My friend stated that the staff were very friendly. Overall, it looked as if the property could use some updating.

NEGATIVE 5! Hotel reeks of cigarette smoke and looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Several things came up missing, money and key cards to be specific. Did not get room service! I had to physically go to the front desk and ask for things I needed as oppose to getting service when not in the room, as directed. Bed bugs do reside in the hotel. Sheets had blood stains and cigarette burn-holes in them. The hotel is very ran down, dirty, and clearly unkept. I had been double charged several days after I checked in then when I went to the front desk to respectfully ask why, I was given attitude and disrespected by the receptionist. She did not seem willing to help nor did the other older woman at the desk. They did NOT listen to me, and was also rude to one of my banking provider's call service members. POINT BLANK, you will get better use of your money else where. DO NOT BOOK!

The worst hotel I stay in my entire life!!! The room was very nasty and the sheets was very dirty and had a lot of spots in stains on it!!! The carpet in my room had a lot of stains in very dirty!!! I hate this hotel and recommend never to stay here!!! I was there for three days and they never clean my rooms or change my sheet!! The hospitality of this hotel was horrible!!!

Firsthand the front desk that check me in wasn't to friendly at all. The first room I was checked into I didn't like the room at all. The toilet was running and the bathroom smells like it was never cleaned at all. Second thing is when I get into my other room after changing the room. I noticed the room was to small and the bed looked like a full bed. It is not comfortable at all. At last there no room in the parking lot.. This is the worsted hotel around the area.
