Had an issue that was resolved after two days. Had to wait on the manager. Great central location for the price. Breakfast was simple. Assistant manager was wonderful. Other workers were friendly enough.

Good location near of mall and stores, rooms are clean and Nice. Only the breakfast doesnt include the same food that another location like eggs and sausages

Lady at grunt desk didn't listen to me or my wife on sprite times, bed rooms fine but the bathroom had mold in the corner of bath and under the soap spot. If you want to go to a La Quinta go to the city base one its way better and nicer.

Our rooms had some minor issues, mostly in the bathroom. The Continental breakfast was ok at best, however they didn't really have space for dining. Disappointed that there weren't mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms. Usually even the cheaper hotels have those so we we're expecting it. Also our rooms were advertised as having 2 queen sized bed and they were full sized so my wife and I had to sleep separate in order to be comfortable. All in all it wasn't really a pleasant stay and we won't be returning.

Keep in mind you get what you pay for. This is one of the least expensive motels in the area. So for $50-$60 per night, don't expect much. It was as I expected a $50 motel to be. The rooms did have a smell, and the showers had low pressure water, and there were some stains on towels. But the breakfast was great, and the rooms stayed cold.

We arrived Thursday and left Sunday; stay was amazing. Bed was extremely comfortable, staff was amazing. Free breakfast was great. Only issue with the hotel was the shower; shower pressure was extremely low and the water kept going from hot to cold and vise versa without moving the keys. But other than that it was great. (5-21-17)

Covered in roaches. The texture on the ceiling is coming off. The bathtub has a hole in it covered by a sticky bath mat. The blankets are stained in what looks like dry blood. The dead bolt lock does not work and the door to bathroom will lock you in if you close the door.

I read reviews before I booked this facility through my vacation package and was satisfied (even though I saw some unfavorable ones I know that not everyone will be satisfied but I saw more positive than negative when booking). I am sorry to say that I was very very disappointed. My sister and I traveled to San Antonio and on arriving at the facility we noticed the outside did not look at nice at what the picture showed but when we went into the lobby found it nice. BUT when we got to the room that they gave it it smelled heavily of smoke, there was a dead bug on the curtain sheer, the refrigerator seemed to be unplugged and when my sister checked there was a mountain of dust on the outlet and there were dryer sheets on the floor at one of the bed headboards (I think some people think that wards off bedbugs???). My sister has asthma so I knew that was not acceptable so I went back to the lobby and asked for another room - they gave me another room and said there was not microwave and refrigerator and that was OK. The room did smell nicer but did not appear to be as clean as I would think. There were 6 drawers on the dresser but only 4 would open. Inside the drawers were dusty and dirty and I found a small chicken bone in one of them and my sister found an emplty chip or cracker wrapper in another one. Needless to say I did not even want to get another room. We found another place to stay.
On a positive note I will say that La Quinta was helpful in not charging us a fee to cancel and sent an email to where we booked our vacation package through so that we could get a refund for the room.
Overall the Inn need a thorough cleaning and then make sure whoever cleans the rooms is doing a better job.response / report this review -

Nice hotel. I got a suite it was clean the only bad thing it smelled like wet or humid. Besides that the hotel is by many food places, by a movie teathre, by a mall and a bar. Breakfast waffles are always the best. And we got in the pool. Enjoyed my stay
