Hotel was clean, bed was very firm, breakfast was good with good variety but was not completely ready by 7am on weekend, and we were in a tight schedule. This is not the first time this has happened to us at this hotel either. Overall hotel is great but breakfast seems to disappoint.

Could not have asked for a better hotel, staff and location! Came here for the race and the hotel was very accommodating to the race fans staying there. Hotel is located near a great shopping and dining area. If I come back to the race I will definitely stay there.

We got a suite with a whirlpool tub and a king size bed. The room was clean, comfortable, large, and welcoming. We loved it. The only complaint I'd have is that the jets in the tub didn't really line up with where your back should be.. but of course that's a minor complaint. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town! It's conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and shopping and close enough to the downtown area of the city to enjoy it but far enough away to be out of the hustle.

"Complimentary hot breakfast" means a toaster and a bag of English muffins at a lot of hotels. Not this one. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet put on a fine spread. It was a pleasant surprise. Hotel room was clean and the staff were genuinely friendly. When seeking accommodations in this area again, I'd choose this hotel over other options.

The room was constantly damp. Towels would never dry. There was a blood stain on the bright white tip sheet that covers the comforter and sits on top of everything. There wasn't enough breakfast available for the amount of guests. In the two nights we stayed there the fire alarm went off three times. The TV was very small for the cost of the room. The indoor pool was closed for cleaning on a Sunday morning with a hotel full of children wanting to swim. The hall carpets badly need replacement as they are covered in stains. The staff was very nice and tried their best to help with issues, but in general this hotel needs a lot of work.

The location is perfect, right across from the Kansas Speedway! The workers at the front desk were very helpful and very friendly. The room are perfect! Will be going back again.

Very comfortable. Very friendly staff and worker's. Room was spacious and clean. Located in a great area. Food preparation for breakfast could have been faster. But their was a great variety of choices to eat. Overall, a very nice stay.

Check in was a nightmare! The guy who works over nights (not wearing a name tag) was very unprofessional and I feel like he should not be working with the public! He did not seem to know how to do he's job was getting very frustrated and made a simple check in process very bad for my friend. From my experience working in the hotel industry he should not have presented himself in this manner! It should no matter what time someone checks in considering this is a hotel and people check in all hours of the night due to many reasonings, he stated that "he wouldn't be frustrated if people were not checking in so late and that he can not handle more than one thing at a time." The room is nice but we had to find it ourselves with no direction of where to or what room number from him. Hopefully the reminder of her stay is much more pleasant than her check in process.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very nice and since there were several of us staying they allowed us to play games and socialize in the breakfast room during the evening. That made our stay a lot of fun and we will probably go back the next time we are getting together.

I really enjoyed the night I spent in the hotel. The staff was super friendly and willing to do anything to make my stay pleasant. The room was quite and clean and had a nice view of Kansas city motor speedway. However, the breakfast was less than I expected. They have no hot items for vegetarian guests (even the omelet had ham which was disappointing). They provide free cookies at the front desk, yummy!
