Very clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Internet was better than most. The extra desk and sitting area make these some of our favorite places to stay.

Beautiful spacious room. Ample parking. Very friendly staff. Easy check-in. Only complaint is the tv being older and the colours were a bit off. Overall great hotel.

My husband and I stayed a night for a quick KC trip from Omaha for our 5 year anniversary, so I noted this on our reservation and to our surprise they had a basket full of goodies and a thoughtful note attached waiting for us in our room upon check-in (not all hotels are thoughtful like this so we were super surprised) a great location with easy access to 435, delicious hot breakfast with a nice variety and dining area kept very clean and staff were replenishing when needed. All the staff we encountered from front desk to the cleaning people were very friendly and helpful. The lobby is welcoming, hallways smelled good and were tidy, the room itself was clean, smelled good. Plus, the layout is very family friendly. I would recommend this hotel. Thanks!

The rooms are dated and there's a slight smell to the room, but the room is honestly quite large and comfortable. Shower is acceptable, but mold on the shower head was not a welcome sight. The soaps are only okay and they don't have body gel. The amenities are nice, and breakfast is included. I stayed multiple nights and received daily drink vouchers which I used for a mix of alcohol and water bottles, that was a great touch! Would recommend especially at this price.

Friendly staff. Newer furnishings. Good free hot breakfast. Nice desk. But my room smells like garbage. Elevators are amazingly slow. Claustrophobicly small bathroom. The mattress makes loud "scrunching" sounds each time I move (seems very loud in a quiet room).

The staff here is really really incredible. The services make travelling for work very comfortable. The shuttle gets me anywhere I want to go for shops and food with no hassle and next to no wait. When you send a lot of time away from home, they will make you feel like you just came home for the evening. The rooms are great and very clean. They are also so similar that it never matters what your room number is, you know where everything is and how it's laid out just like home. I want to go home and Hyatt (especially Tyler and Lisa) make me feel like I'm somewhere welcoming and familiar when I can actually be at home.

MILDEW smell and worst front desk help. Not to mention they have breakfast out at 6:30, tried to get an egg for our daughter and the lady said no breakfast doesn't start until 7am. Are you freaking kidding me? They overcharge all the sports teams at $129/night and I could book on my own for $103/night. Way to profit off of little kids sports!!!

Pet friendly, good breakfast, clean beds the room rug is stain but is expected in pet friendly hotel and friendly staff. Took away one Star because pool has some algae and the bathroom was not as nice/ clean as expected from this brand of hotel. Would recommend to stay here if have pet or not.

This hotel is awesome! The staff goes out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect! It has a very modern look without the stuffy atmosphere. Thank you for making my family and I feel valued and making our stay amazing.

The first day we arrived we were switched to a single bed room without notification, had to wait until the next day to get a double bed room. The staff was incredibly unpleasant, making excuses for the rooms being under maintenance. Tried to send us to a new hotel after we had already checked in. After that they were unavailable to help out since they only had a person at front at any time. Making it impossible to do anything.
Then after we changed rooms they had misplaced some of my clothing. They said the housekeeping didn't find it, then after we asked a few times they said we probably had it picked away. The last time we asked they said the housekeeping staff "put it aside" and they'll have to look for it more.
Pretty poor performance for the hotel and the staff. Would not recommend.response / report this review -

For the price it was definitely a good hotel. Very clean/nice rooms. Small things broken/weird like the knob for the water tap just coming off when I pulled on it. The AC/Heater either had two modes it felt like (really hot or freezing cold). Other than that, beds were comfy/clean, breakfast was good.

This hotel is very clean and has a lot of potential but I feel short on the details. For example the sink stopper could not be opened all of the way nit could it be closed all the way. The in room coffee maker would not turn on. I had to go to the front desk for lotion since none was left in the room. I did appreciate the free drinks in the lobby and the breakfast was tolerable but nothing to write about.

Almost everything about this experience was wonderful. Check in and check out were both easy and available online, and the breakfast in the morning was really fantastic. However, because I was traveling with my daughter, I had asked for extra pillows for her, and didn't get any. The room had some pretty comfy pillows on the couch, so I used those and made do. Definitely would stay here again, though.

Stayed here for a home-finding/ business trip. The rooms were clean and the free breakfast was great. All the staff members were incredibly helpful especially Eric!! The first day I was there I asked if they had dairy-free milk for the cereal (I'm vegan) and he went out to get me a carton of Silk soy milk so I could have cereal during my stay! So sweet. I also left my coat and he Fed-Exed it to my home address (at my own expense of course). Eric rocks!
