Room key did not work when we got home, went to lobby and rang bell at least a dozen times. No one came out until I had yelled multiple times "HELLO?!" At that point, the receptionist came out like nothing happened and appeared to have been sleeping in the back room/office. The room was clean and satisfactory, but the service was not!

The rooms are nice and spacious/clean, but this AM my toilet started to overflow. I called the front desk to inform the person and was told "I'll have them bring you towels. I'm about to go" and that's exactly what happened! I finished getting dressed and went to the front desk. Another young lady was there and was appalled at my experience. She was very apologetic.

I loved the layout of the room. Walls are a bit thin. Could hear the upstairs patron stomping lime he had cinder blocks strapped to his feet.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 2 adults and 3 kids. The entire suite was so spacious and nice. The bedrooms were huge and one had a walk in closet bigger than my own at home! My husband and I were in one bedroom while the kids were in the other. The bathroom was oversized with a good spacious layout. The best part was the strong water pressure! There was a medium sized kitchen area with a fridge, sink, and 2 burner stove with oven. This looked super convenient, but since we were only there one night we did not utilize. As far as an extended stay hotel this is by far the nicest I have ever seen. The hotel is located in a great upscale area of KC on a golf course and within walking distance of retail shops, restaurants, a market, and recreation.

I came here after a wedding, it was a great wedding. We booked a room 2 weeks before the wedding. The day of the wedding we checked in and paid before the wedding, i happy we did not put anything in our room. At 10 at night, we went up to our room at the key worked but the door was lock. A few seconds later, someone answered the door. My grandma came down with us later after making her bed. Yep, she came the night before and stayed there, no one came and made her bed. We asked the front desk whats is going on and learnd that when we checked in we also check out. This was the frist time ever i had to sleep on a fold out bed in a hotel

Clean and comfortable. Only stayed for a quick night and was not able to enjoy the breakfast. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure.

Great access to restaurants, shopping all only minutes or even walkable away. Hotel was very clean, nicely decorated and obviously well managed. Parking was ample but access was a little confusing on where to go. But I don't know how out could be improved with the way the street goes past.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. The location was perfect for our wedding at Deer Creek. Also has lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and feature a full size fridge which was very helpful.

Only stayed here one night, but I didn't really have any complaints. The place was nice. Great value for the price.

Nice rooms and complimentary breakfast. I didn't like that the front desk staff weren't wearing any uniforms and didn't have any dress code. It made it hard to know who was working and who was a guest. Plus, someone in a tank top with stains all over it doesn't strike me as being professional. Also, most of the time, the staff is hanging out in the back office and you have to ring the bell to get their attention because they don't seem very attentive.

On to the rooms, they are nice and have all the amenities needed for an extended stay. The rooms were cleaned promptly and quickly each day.

This is a great location if you are going to be on Overland Park or even just the south end of KC because everything is pretty accessible from here. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

I would stay here again, but would just prefer some more professionalism from the front desk staff.
