I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Great customer service from all the employees. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will be staying here again when I visit!

This hotel gets zero stars. Carpet is nasty rooms stinks maids all with bad attitudes mad if u ask them too clean. They also were mad when I asked for cleaning supplies to clean myself and kept bugging for them back. Bed bug bites all over me. Then they had the nerve to kick us out in the middle of the night while we were sleeping with no explanation. I would advise if your in augusta go to red roof right next door much better quality much nicer people .

Staff were courteous. My.only complaint has to do with the degree of cleanliness. Carpets were stained and needed shampooing. Tub was no other clean and toilet needed to be scrubbed. I usually stay at La Quinta and have always been satisfied.

I decided on La Quinta for my Savannah escape from IRMA. I had to constantly change my reservations! Insane for hotel desk folks!
I dealt with (luckily) a "Sandra" WOW! Talk about customer service! She was WONDERFUL and way above reservation management expectations She found last minute cancellations and instantly alerted me. Even CALLED me to assure me of my latest reservation! This La Quinta is on my GO TO list 100% due to outstanding customer service!response / report this review -

This is a decent hotel. The rates are good and the room was clean and comfortable. Remember, this isn't a Hilton property, but for a couple of nights it was sufficient. The location is really good, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean affordable rooms. Some smoking rooms available. This hotel has room on both the inside and outside. Only offer continental breakfast. Staff was friendly, and very helpful.

Good for the price. Visible surfaces were clean, but it looked like no one had every cleaned behind the night stand. The free breakfast was hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, or breads. There is a Starbucks and Dunkin donuts in the same parking lot. The front desk was polite and helpful, switching out room after the original one smelled like cigarettes as soon as we walked in.

The beds and pillows were lovely. There was mildew in the corners of the tub and paint was peeling and looked ratty in the bathroom.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations which is nice. The first room we were given didn't even have a single appliance plugged in, TV was not connected and the phone didn't work. So clearly it wasn't ready for guests. Fortunately we were able to swith rooms with no problem. But the second room ended up being a smoking room and had a strong cigarette smell. Over

This place was a complete dump. Housekeeping began beating on my door at 8 o'clock in the morning with the do not disturb sign hanging on the door. After I did not answer then reception came. After that the manager came continue to beat on my door was not allowed to sleep, hotel room smell like s***, and the staff was extremely unprofessional.
