Had a two night stay, I left for a hour after i checked in an came back to my room that had been broken into. Altogether I had about $800 of equipment stolen out of my room. The front desk said they would have maintenance check the computer systems but they never came by. This is the first and last time I will stay her.

Spent 3 nights in this hotel. Rooftop bar that was advertised was never open because they didn't have a bartender. Restaurant was only open 1 day and that was Friday. Gift shop never opened entire weekend. Hotel was convenient to waterfront and that is the only positive comment I can make. Staff was friendly but had to make excuses because they didn't seem to know what was going on. Try Marriott. Enjoyed an excellent breakfast there one morning. Will definitely not recommend or return to this hotel.

Location was perfect for the Augusta Half Ironman. The staff is amazing. Would stay here again. The only downside was no microwave or fridge in the room

The room was better than I expected. The wifi is on the better side when compared to other hotels. The location is pretty convenient towards everything, didn't seem out the way. Overall a good experience.

I cancelled a room at this hotel and was still charged for the room-over 2 months after cancelling and 1 month before I was even supposed to show up. When I called to have the situation corrected, the staff was unhelpful and refused to refund the amount. This could have been simple but now I'm stuck going through the dispute channels of my bank. I will never stay at a Ramada again.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I've stayed in ever!!! Between having to bomb the room because of a spider, to the air going out, & the dirty water coming out the faucet in the tub. It's so old dirty and smelly. They really should be ashamed of the way this place is kept up.
As soon as you walk into the lobby you immediately get disgusted. The carpet is so dirty and it sinks. Man, this place is associated with Wyndham family of hotels???? Wow. I promise you there is no exaggeration in this post. We were here for a tournament so we were stuck. I will say that the lady at the front desk apologized changed us to another room which was better. But WOW to have had to deal with this was a mess literally!!!response / report this review -

My meal was delicious. I had the salad bar because it was too hot for heavy food. The watermelon was the sweetest I've had this year. Service was as always splendid !

PLEASE AVOID. Sadly, I would give this hotel zero starts, if possible. My conference hotel was full and due to positive experiences I have had with Ramada and Wyndham in the past, I thought it would be a great alternative in walking distance. The guest rooms pictures were beautiful, boasting nice furniture. In reality, the lobby was pretty, despite a slight smell of must found in older hotels. However, as soon as I stepped onto my floor the hall was dingy and smelled of stale must/smoke. When I entered my room the furniture was very worn and dated (I stayed in room 606). On the couch I could still see imprints of whoever stayed before me. The carpet was frayed and very stained. I could not bring myself to walk without shoes in the room. Additionally, the shower curtain had mildew at the bottom. There are no convenient outlets in the room. Wi-fi did not work during my stay. But NOTHING compares to the numerous roaches seen throughout my room during my three nights there. I am not usually one to write negative things, I could handle the dated look and stuff, but the filth accompanying roaches is inexcusable.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! the entire place smell like a ashtray, it was so bad it gave me a headache and nausea for my entire stay. When I went down stairs to front desk to complaint the lady told me there was nothing she could do for me. They advertise habing breakfast and isn't true. We when downstairs at 7:30 am to have some coffee and muffins, they don't even have a coffee pod. This place is old outdated and FULL OF ROACHES, during my stay I saw disgusting little roaches all our room. I was upset because I could had booked at the holiday in that was cheaper and newer for cheaper, but I thought this one being a "Ramada" was gonna be better. Not the case. It was a horrible, disgusting, experience. Stay away from this place.

We visited the hotel for the Eagle's Nest at the very top. It does need a remodel (or they could embrace the 70s look and make it awesome). It had great views over the city as sunset. It really was beautiful. We went for a nice evening and thought there would be some music. I could have done without "Lord of the Rings" playing on the television the entire time and did not really care for hearing the employee's cell phone conversation with various church members. This place could be absolutely awesome with some effort put into it.
