  They ordered a new coil for my old Lawnboy mower and researched it to get the exact part that was in it. Everybody else wanted to sell me a replacement that cost quite a bit more. They know parts!

  Totally incompetent!! They tried to Jerry rig stuff instead of fixing correctly! Tried to charge for part I bought and installed prior to taking mower to them!! Parts of the mower they shouldn't have ever touched are barely bolted on and rattling like crazy! DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOWERS HERE TO BE REPAIRED!!! I CANNOT urge you enough!! By far the worst experience I've ever had!!

  Very bad experience. I had them rebuild the motor for a Cub Cadet lawn tractor in April 2016. They didn’t have it ready till August, but when I went to pick it up I noticed milky oil, unconnected wiring and some lose fasteners. I had them correct that stuff and picked it up a week later. I later discovered that they silicone caulked a bolt in place that they we supposed to have drilled and re-tapped. The motor was missing the two rear motor mounts. They had replaced the factory gas cap and petcock with cheap aftermarket parts. There was nothing wrong with the original parts. The replacement parts have been causing problems ever since. I had to go through and tighten other lose fasteners on the motor that were lose. The motor runs bad and is already starting to smoke with only about 10 hours of operation. These people are crooks.

  Ordered a part for my mower on a Saturday said they would next day to have it in by Wednesday (was a Holliday weeked.) Now 2 weeks later and they haven't even ordered the part.
