Larry and his crew are the best around they have always treated me like a friend and not just a customer. They are who you want to deal with if you want the best work around licking county. And anyone who has a complaint is probably doing it because they didnt get the job done free or didnt get what they wanted so they are just trying to complain to anyone who will believe there BS!!!

They're 'not' just tires. My husband and I have been going to Good Year for several years for all of our auto needs. TERRIBLE!
They replaced my radiator and some hoses. Had to take it back to them twice after the work was done because it kept leaking!
They replaced the starter. 2 weeks later, truck wouldn't start because of the starter coil wouldn't pick up. Sent it back in, but they didn't want to listen.
Same truckthey performed an alignment and when I drove it home, it pulled worse than when I dropped it off. Took it to Firestone and they specifically commented on how far off the driver side front wheel was.
Not sure what's going on with this Goodyear, but I'll never go back.

Took longer than expected but they fixed my minor issue at no additional cost (just diagnostic fee).

Came back for a different service and they fixed my car, but missed a small problem with a plug wire. When I brought the car back they fixed it for free (I didn't even have to pay for the plug wire) and they let me use a loaner so didn't have to miss work.
