I just purchased my second vehicle from Russ's a few days ago. I had a pleasant experience with them about 3 or so years ago and decided to use them again for my new vehicle. I left with a newer Nissan Sentra with low miles for a really good price. The Sentra needed a tire replaced and they replaced it for free! I also had a small scare with an issue and they checked it out for me for free and made sure that everything was ok and safe. They are always nice, and Ron takes the time to explain everything that he does to make sure the vehicle is safe when you have concerns. When the time comes for me to buy another vehicle, I may be giving Russ's another visit!
Very great people! Very honest & helpful, replaced the little things ive needed done with no questions asked. I reccomend everyone to buy from russ!
They do all our repairs and oil changes. We even get our vehicles from them. Nice people to deal with.
Always been treated right never go anywhere else
Bought 2 different cars from here. They both needed a little work. One had an oil leak, they fixed it the same day and didnt charge me a dime.
I've purchased several cars there and have been treated fairly. I had one vehicle that was off and needed some repairs. I treated them with respect and they fixed the issues. I would recommend them to everyone.
It always looks like a deal at "Russ's Auto Sales". "Scratch a liar, find a thief." I bought a 2005 Lincoln LS from this dealer. There was minor cosmetic damage to the car but was in overall great shape. After driving it for less than a month, the check engine light came on. They told me they would fix it and they did by unhooking the battery to reset the light. In less than a week is was back on and they simply don't care. Upon further inspection I found that they had installed a battery that was too small for the car which caused the car to need jump started. They again said they would fix the problem. Just today, the car completely stopped running. After taking it to a REAL dealership for the repair I found out that the car had been heavily damaged on the front end was a pieced back together. Here I stand with an $8,000 that doesn't run. Buyer Beware!
