Excellent personalized service! We are new to biking and he explained everything in terms we could understand and helped my wife pick out an affordable road bike for Pelotonia. He assembled and adjusted it for her. Have us a great price too. Definitely coming back for all biking needs and service!

I came into the store looking to upgrade my bike. Shawn, the owner, was excellent to work with and was very honest. He told me some things that I needed and some things that I did not need, which I appreciate. I wound up buying a new Specialized bike. Fits perfect and rides great. Highly recommended.

Got a bike from the Bike Doctor and it turned out that the free wheel was defective because an error because of the way the factory installed that part. I took it the bike back to the shop and i was extremely surprised by how well they worked with me to resolve the problem. They will see me in there shop again! Great people and i would recommend anyone to go there!

I've been doing business with The Bike Doctor for over ten years. Having purchased over a dozen bikes for my family during this time, I've felt appreciated by the employees of this shop and the owner with each and every interaction. This team of associates go out of their way to make me happy and I can't say enough good things about them other than "Thank You."

As an avid cyclist, I truly appreciate having a shop that offers a competitive price for a sport that has become quite expensive. By comparison, most shops can't be flexible due to the overhead of running a shop in an industry with very little margin.

I'm bothered by some of the reviews I've read here. Consider that bike shop employees are low wage earners and are expected to work miracles on a machine that most people don't regularly maintain. Most bike parts are also built fairly cheap in foreign countries and fail often - even on $1,000 bicycles.

Shop owners aren't rich and famous either. Most earn less than your average fast food store manager ($50k or less), often working 60-70 hours per week out of their labor of love.

It's shops like this one that give you and your families access to quality bikes you'd otherwise have to drive miles to see - and without doubt, pay for.

Do your local shop a favor and be nice. They're trying to earn a living just like you. Having a bike that can't be fixed or leaving your personal belongings in a store while ridiculing the guy making $9 an hour who's trying to feed their family, then venting on Google makes it harder for reasonable people like me to have access to good people like this.

This isn't a paid advertisement nor do I work for the shop I'm simply trying to provide rationale feedback in support of a business that's become like family to my family.
