Catherine is very friendly and was able to help me customize my perfect dining room set & bedroom set. Production was finished a few weeks earlier than expected and the delivery guys were friendly and efficient. The quality of the furniture is impeccable and extremely well made. So happy we decided to invest in furniture that will last us a very long time. Highly recommend Dutch Craft!

We stumbled upon this place a few years ago while enjoying Amish country and we keep going back. You CANNOT find quality furniture, great customer service and special orders like this anywhere else in my opinion. Gary goes out of his way to make sure you get exactly what you want. This is quality furniture at a fair price. Highly recommend.

My wife and I moved to Ohio from a one bedroom apartment, after seeing the quality of this furniture at a great price we decided to fill our new house with it. Some peices we ordered in their standard spec but a lot of it was customized exactly how we wanted it. Most places would charge an arm and a leg to do this but the price was almost exactly the same as the floor models or a little extra for the additional materials. It was delivered in perfect condition and the quality and finish exceeded our expectations. We worked with Jr, his customer service was outstanding and he did a fantastic job of helping us customize our purchases, every detail came out exactly how we wanted it!

I had 4 bar stools custom made (34" tall) for my daughter. Great prices, great people to work with. I live in North Carolina, it gave me a chance to make a second trip in the fall when the leave were turning to pick them up.

Found Dutch Craft while visiting my wife's family in NE Ohio. Even though we live in Georgia, I can't think of buying made-to-order hardwood, heirloom furniture from any place else.
We've bought dining room, living room, and office furniture from Gary, Reuben and Junior. Our most recent purchase included a mission recliner sofa and loveseat with a price point that made it nigh impossible to pass. My son-in-law and daughter got a glider for the nursery also and they could not be happier.
Great people, great pricing, fantastic product and service. You can do your own research (just like I have) but I'd be amazed if you find a better place to buy furniture of this quality anywhere in America.response / report this review -

We have dealt with owners Gary and Kendra at Dutch Craft Furniture for several years. We have had several pieces of furniture made and it is all beautifully crafted. It is important to us that it is made in the USA even in our state of Ohio! The customer service is excellent and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our delivery men also took great care with our furniture. We will continue to patronize this fine local business.
