I have come to this location as many as 3 times in the past, on all occasions I have been ultimately satisfied.
I arrived today with all 3 of my boys, in hope that my service this time would be as satisfying. I was directed towards a left lane after setting in line for almost a minute, which I had no problem waiting, though once I was directed where to go, a young man in a large vehicle almost crashed into the front of my SUV to jump the line to allow himself a spot in front of all other customers. Apparently, he was very welcome to do this by the stall manager as this manager began calling me names and told me to leave when I asked if a fight had to ensue to secure a position for a washI then became a name as of a a girl dog and was told to leave. I would suggest that the vehicle that almost ran over 3 children in an effort to take pole position should have been asked to allow safety first not condoned or accepting of his attitude towards other vehicles with families in them.response / report this review -

Worst hand wash car place I’ve ever been to. They charge me $84 to have my car hand washed and fully vacuumed inside with extra care. If you take a look at the picture I took it was dirty still inside my seats my cupholders was dirty. The personal who was out side signing out what wash we wanted to get did not understand me at all. If I can give thsi a 0 star I will. Now good news there machine was is much better then their hand. They want to charge for everything.

Once I drove off I realized they did not clean the dash thoroughly, and did not clean my camper (except for the windows) which they charged me $20 for. They told me that I can come back and wait in line for them to fix the spots that they missed. I do not recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right in the first place, unless that is, you are one of those elusive people that has time to go wait for them to fix something that they should have done right in the first place.

I have been using this car wash for a number of years and found the service to be very good. I recently stopped by midday on a Thursday to get my car washed and needed the WeatherTech floor mats cleaned. I wanted to purchase the $30 service. After waiting 25 minutes in line because they only had two ladies vacuuming multiple lines of cars, I was told there was an upcharge for the floor mats - front only and there was no way they could get to it today. I was so disappointed and very aggravated. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes until they finished vacuuming the car in front of me and move it away. I left wondering if this was a "lack of help", but noticed many people walking out to the garage area to take their lunch break. Maybe my timing was bad, I don't know, but I will not be going back.

I had my car completely cleaned inside and out along with a wax job. My 2017 car looks brand new. Kwik Kar did a fantastic job and within the time frame promised.

These guys are great. Drop you car off to go inside and pay. While you wait they have leather recliners to sit in.

Their service was quick; i didn't have to wait at all. My car was not that dirty; just needed regular cleaning. I have asked for their First Class car wash but my car was almost as dirty as it was when i brought it in. It didn't seem like they put much effort in interior dusting or vacuuming .

I paid $100 for interior showroom detail. My trunk was not vacuumed. Two of my storage components lids were not cleaned. My shades that were in the car have some type of spray gunk on them too. Needless to say this was my one and done stop with this place. When you pay that much you expect a solid job. This was amateur at best.

I brought my truck here and paid $35 for the first class wash and leather seat conditioner. When I picked up my truck the right side still had plenty of dust showing and the wheels still had brake dust on them. I know it won't be perfect but paying $35 for a car wash is rediculous if they won't make sure it's spotless on the outside. I was very dissatisfied with the quality of their work.

I would give less stars if possible. I paid $30 for the full detail in and out. The tags must have spelt so bad because the inside of my car smells worse then when I brought it in. My windshield wash not fully cleaned. The console still has crumbs and now just looks oily from the cleaner they used. I never write reviews but definitely will take my $30 on a car wash that is worth it. My car was also randomly has at least 5 mosquitos in it when I got inside.

Lobby area has tons of comfortable seating while you wait, even recliners, free wifi and access to a couple of computers if you need it. Lacks kids area so may be little difficult to keep kids entertained during your service. Overall pretty good customer service, little pricier than other places (+$10-$15) but amenities make up for it.

Initially they did a great job. Now 3 months later, I found areas in my carpet that did not get dried and mold has started to grow.
