First time going to this bike shop. Brought my son's Rad City bike in for tube change and the service was great. Spencer was able to change the rear tire tube and tighten spokes in 10mins. They have walk-ins from 11-1pm. Thanks again for the great service.

I came into the business first time to buy a bike for work. Both of the cashier looked at me and did not offer me any help. The gentlemen in the repair shop was the only one who offered me any service . As I found two bikes that was interested in, the gentlemen in the repair shop was busy. I went back up to the cashier to seek help and both ladies stood around, walked past me twice with out offering help. A gentlemen came in immediately and the woman cashier immediately said oh yes sir how May I help you while I was standing in line. Horrible service and was about to buy a bike that day but due to poor customer service I left !

Used to visit them when they were in oak cliff years ago. Took my bike in for a overhaul. I know they'll do good work they always did in the past. More than anything I'm happy to see they're still around .

I went to get my rear tire to get trued
they put my name on a list to get it done three plus weeks never got a call to bring it in yesterday took it to Arlington to get it done they repaired it while I waited. I will definitely not be going back to B&B

I had a great experience at this place. I read in a lot of the reviews that the owner was pushing the staff to upsell. It didn't seem that way to me. It did seem like the girl was making sure that I had everything I needed for my first ride. I had an issue with my tire about a month after I got the bike. I brought the bike in and they ordered the part under warranty and even gave me a rental At no charge. Excellent customer service. I will recommend this place to other people.

Took both my bikes in to be service before my Memorial Day ride. My wife's bike is still having issues with her gears sticking. My bike I needed new tires but when they ordered them they ordered the wrong size. So now I'm on the side of the road with a flat. And they put it back together wrong

Lindy was outstanding! I had spotted a Trek 2 WSD online and when I arrived at the shop she took us right to it and spent over an hour fitting me on the bike until it was just right. Her ability to observe me on the bike, be attentive and make suggestions and adjustments were top notch!! Shop owner Beth was busy helping many clients and came alongside to affirm my bike choice. Lindy was thorough in asking about other accessories I might need. I left with a new Misty Jade Trek 2 with Berry bottle cage and Camelback bottle for it! This is a family-owned shop yet packed with a great variety of bikes, accessories, tools, racks, apparel, shoes, onsite bike mechanic, and friendly suggestions about great trails to ride nearby and in the metroplex. We are glad we drove from Garland to meet this great family with a long history in the bike business!

I went to this store on a whim. I drove out to them just to look and occupy my free time. Bike stores in my area 5 mins away had very low inventory for the type of bike I wanted or no selection. B&B had a bike there that I liked but not exact wheel size and color that I wanted. Owner made me a very fair price on it that was hard to pass up but they had another bike that spiked my interest too. Bottom line B&B Bicycles owner worked with me to make me happy and I bought a bike. I was pleasantly surprised that this shop also had tons of biking supplies and accessories. A nice bike shop. Also dealt with their bike builder/service tech and he was very friendly and helpful with his advice too.

I went in and spent over a thousand dollars because I decided to go with a bike instead of a car. I was pretty satisfied except that when I got home I realized that a few small things on my order last were no longer there and I got a free greasy tool. I don't live close enough to all them to make it right so I did have to immediately buy more chain lube, one of the things I had already paid for. I must say that I am in love with my bike though.

Great bike shop. Just picked up Marlin 6 2017's for me and my buddy. Justin was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. If you need anything from here, Justin is the man to talk to. Had a few hiccups with the shipping and dates, but was all sorted out at the end. Really enjoyed the buying process.

I rented a bike to do the Big Cedar Wilderness Trails from B&B. I came from out of town - on a busy Saturday they took the time to get everything sorted out, one of their customers even took me to the trail park!

I couldn't have asked for more. They have a good range of accessories, and know their stuff VERY well. The bike itself was very good. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend has got his bike tuned up here for years so we felt good about coming here for my new one. It is a smaller location now but they still had a good selection in store for me to test. I was not comfortable on my last bike, they asked questions and gave tips we didn't even consider so I have no doubts. Been riding a few times and it's my perfect match.
