Originally booked until the 10th of june received confirmation paid fee.
Then was being harassed by employees by the 9th to return vehicle.
Vehicle was in ok conditions interior.
Busted fog light , large patch of peeling damaged paint, interior drenched in air fresher of some sort.
Charger ports did not work.
All kinds of damage to outside.
Be careful renting from them they will cut corners.
Real rude and ugly employees especially this Latino old women at the desk. She is really rude and disgruntled for no apparent reason.response / report this review -

Very unprofessional charge too much money and changed the price of the rental half way through and didn't tell me and then took it from my deposit 🙄 will never rent from them again

This place was unbelievable to work with. First, they put me in a car that didn’t have a side view mirror, was the only car they had, then I get pulled over 3 times in the same vehicle because it had a tail light out. They told me they’d put me in a different car, when I went, they had no cars at all. When they did finally put me in a different car, the same side view mirror had a fake on it and still couldn’t be adjusted and the brakes were messed up to no end. Only reason I had to rent from them is because my vehicle was being worked on. Every time I had to extend the rental, when I spoke to the female, she charged way less than when I had to extend with the guy, and it was always for the same amount of time! Finally, when I returned the vehicle, they owed me for a couple days that I was paid up to, and the deposit. The guy told me I had to wait 7 days before they issue a refund because “people get tickets in the cars”. I didn’t get any tickets because the cops knew it was a rental. But they still fought me on even giving back the couple of days I was paid up for. ALL of their vehicles are garbage and that’s why people get tickets! If I had a choice, I never would have stayed with them! I know I will NEVER go back in the future and I’ll never recommend them to anyone else!

Had a great experience with this place. Ive rented cars before from other places and I always get overchared, NOT the case with Unity Rental. Car was given to me nice and clean, did not have to wait, price was awesome and the customer service is a 5 star. I recommend this place to everybody. You will not regret doing business with them. Unity Rental is the place to go.
