I came in for a state inspection and asked for them to also clean the inside of my car. I paid for both the service, and the inspection. However upon getting my car back I realized there must have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication between me and the service floor because my car wasn't even touched on the inside. I brought this to the attention of the manager and he was quick to fix the issue. They even tried to still do the service and offer me a refund, which I turned down. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely bring my car here again. 10/10

This Car Wash was able to do everything I needed at a very affordable price. They got to places In my vehicle I couldn't with a self service wash and they did a thorough job. I’m very satisfied with my vehicle and will be a returning customer.

Today was my first time there and I will not be returning. I got the Deluxe Car Wash and I’m very disappointed. The whole wash including interior and exterior took about 15 minutes, and now I know why. My back seats, under my mats and under my seats were poorly vacuumed. My dash board wasn’t even touched. I wanted to try this place out since it was closer, but I will definitely be going to my original place. Poor quality!

Out of 100 amazing experiences I’ve only have had one bad one that was corrected in the most professional way. This place is on top of customer service like you would not believe. Amazing wash quality and the meticulous details put them at the top of the list of Fort Worth car washes. Let’s not forget how adorable their store is and the free lattes! A must try! You won’t be disappointed!

Simply put, University Car Wash is the best place to have your car cleaned or serviced. The facilities are immaculate, their work is quality, and the staff is trustworthy. Besides that, who doesn't enjoy an amazing cup of coffee with their wash?

Even though my car is only 2 months old it was extremely dirty inside and out. Took it here and looked like it was a brand new vehicle when I went to pick it up. Price was affordable for the work that they did. I highly recommend and I myself will return.

They did a great job on a full detail hand wash. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they didn't let me know when my car was ready. I'm sure it was just an oversight, as most people had quick service.

Took a friends truck to get the $55 wash. There was a small problem and when I talked to the manager he was professional, understanding, and so nice. He made sure everything was taken care of. It's the type of great customer service you don't see very often anymore. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Junior to detail your car, he did an awesome job!

I came and got the $55 super clean detail. I have a dog with black and white hair and specifically asked they vacuum well. The enviornement during the wait was great and the staff was very nice.

I checked the front seats and the middle of my jeep when they gave it back to me. They looked great. However, I drove 30 minutes home and went to get something out of the back and it looked like they never looked back there.

There was still a ton of dog hair and there were several mud spots from a recent river trip that when I rubbed hard with my finger started coming offClearly they did not do my entire car. I was very disappointed since I took the time to drive there by recommendation. I do not plan on returning next time and will likely search out a different car wash.

I paid $55 for their super wash. I went at their busiest time so it took about an hour. My car was pretty messy on the inside: spilled cat litter, coffee and soda in the cup holder, cat fur, melted deodorant in the side door. They did a great job. I haven't found a single spot that they missed cleaning.

One of the cleanest car washes around. A little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. You won't believe how well they take care of your glass, I'm kind of picky about my windows, and after leaving this place, I had to check to make sure they hadn't removed my windshield it was so clean!!

I am so pleased with the customer service I received here. My oil change receipt had said that coolant and washer fluid were added to my car but when I checked they were still on low. I called and spoke to a manager (Jon) and he was so helpful! I was able to go back in and they filled my fluids and also checked my tires for me. He also offered me a complimentary car wash!
