I had been planning on going into this dealership to purchase a vehicle from Harry Whitaker. He had promised to give me a great deal on a new car and I was referred from his friend. Three hours before I had planned to drive an HOUR to the dealership, he completely bailed on the deal via text message due to personal business from our mutual friend that did not concern me at all. When I called to inform the dealership to see if I could possibly work with another salesman, no manager was available and no one got back to me. I took my business to Ocean Honda in New Port Richey where I got a great deal, they took care of me right away and the management there was fantastic. Because of the lack of customer service from both Harry Whitaker and the management, I will ensure that none of my family or friends visit Kuhn Honda to purchase a vehicle.

I emailed Kevin Campbell for lowest no haggle price for new 2018 Honda Odyssey. He request a call as he can give best price over the phone only. I called, this time, on phone, he couldn't give price without giving him all my information including address. He was pushing me to finance the car eventhough I was willing to pay cash. Kevin Campbell or this dealership might be selling your personal information to third parties to make extra money. Only way he told me that he can provide me the lowest price was to bring quote from other dealership so he can beat the quote (may be for 1 cent)

Daniel is a top notch salesman. From the minute we arrived, he was the perfect person for us to work with. He didn't pressure us at all but when we were ready to talk numbers, he was on it. He worked hard to get us the best deal and even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. The Finance Manager, RC, also stayed late and exhibited great skill and efficiency. This was an amazing buying experience because Daniel was friendly and easygoing and worked hard to make us happy by getting us a number that fit our budget. Because of Daniel and RC, I would go back again and again to Kuhn Honda.

My salesperson was Jessica, who was very professional, and personable, I enjoyed working with her. And she deserves Five Stars. I gave it an over all 3 stars for the following reasons.
1. I had for several days been communicating with Kuhn dealership about coming to see the car, I have a four hour round trip. My concern is that the car should have been washed and gassed up before for my arrival, so I didn't have to spend additional time waiting around, and to see the auto in a better light.
2. A requirement I stated I needed (not in Jessica's control), I requested in writing the details of the accident and repairs done, since the car had been in an accident. It was inferred that I would get this and that it was a small fender bender that did not affect the frame or major damage. What I was given was a hand written note on an WE OWE bill: "nothing owed promised or implied", ("accident was minor rear end damage"). The WE OWE addendum is valid for 30 days. I requested detailed info and was not given it. Kuhn Dealership obviously had to information, otherwise how did they know it was minor?
3. They said, I needed to order a car fax to get the information, but the auto came with a car fax.
4. In conclusion; if I spend 27K for a used car, the Dealership should be transparent.
5. Over all, it was a pleasant experience, with pleasant people. I hold the Kuhn Dealership responsible for their policies, not the employees.response / report this review -

I have purchased many vehicles before, but I have to say this was the quickest and most efficient purchase of a vehicle. My sales person was Zack, super friendly would bend over backwards to help the Customer out. From Zack to Finance Manager and to the person that walked me through all the paperwork and what each warranty cost was a great experience. I was in out of there with my new Honda Civic Si in less than 3 hours. Thanks Zack and everyone there that helped me! You have a Customer for life!!!

I had a wonderful experience. Harry Whitaker is the lovely salesman that helped me find my beautiful Honda Civic EX-T. I came in on a Tuesday to test drive the vehicle and instantly fell in love. That following Saturday I brought my dad so that I could get his opinion and we ended up leaving with the car that same day. Harry was honest with me about everything, he explained the entire process to me, educated me well on the vehicle, and made me feel very comfortable. It was truly a pleasure working with him and I absolutely love my first new vehicle.

Had a great experience at Kuhn Honda. I had been to a lot of dealerships and Kuhn Honda was by far the best. I met with Harry Whitaker and he was exceptional. From my first interaction with Harry to the moment I left I was very impressed. I will return to do future business for sure.

I contacted every Honda dealership in the area, and Kuhn"s price was by far the best. Harry Whitaker far exceeded expectations. From the first contact to the final handshake, Harry was professional and respectful. He shattered the stereo typical car buying experience. Harry was upfront and honest about the price and fees, which by the way never changed with a surprise increase. Kuhn did not have the specific car we wanted. Harry didn't try to convince us to buy one that was on Kuhn's lot. However, he did locate and pick up the car we wanted from another dealership The entire process was expeditious and stress free. I would highly recommend Harry.

Outstanding buying experience. I hate buying cars. My old Honda was on it's last leg when I drove into Kuhn Honda. David Zentner went above and beyond to help me. He lined up 3 different vehicles within my price range so I could compare them side by side and so my wife could look at them when she arrived. David was never pushy and he didn't play games. I love my new Accord and we stayed within our budget. Kuhn Honda is my new dealership! Thank you for an amazing experience.

Great experience at Kuhn Honda! Was a real pleasure to work with Harry Whitaker who was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
He gave us suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever.
The entire process from beginning to end was truly fast and exceptional!
Couldn't ask for better service. I will definitely recommend Kuhn Honda and Harry Whitaker to someone who is looking for a vehicle.

Everyone was a big help the one day that I felt that nothing was going to happen came in for oil change on my 08 Honda Accord and ended up leaving with the brand new 2017 Honda Accord with the help of (Mario best sales rep ever )Hugh Alison David they work very hard made a bunch of phone calls and really got to go I got to the top with the best deal even with my negative equity they really broke it down for me everything made sense I can truthfully say that going to Honda on was a big step out on faith And it is so worth it been in the Honda family for a while to continue with them is a blessing thank you Honda Kuhn family for making this a great car buying experience

I pulled in with a friend to purchase a new car. I didn't think that they still practiced fixing cars outside? (Lot Lizards? ) Scared us both away. My friend did buy a Honda but Honda of Palm Harbor. They send cars to professionals with paint booths. You can not do paint repairs outside ( you can but, you get what you pay for ) Honda does occasionally have recalls on faded paint. Think about it, this and other factors are important when purchasing a new vehicle no matter what type of car you buy. It is an investment.

This place was awesome! My husband and I got there literally right before closing and they still treated us nice and helped us look at the car we were interested. Morgan Olson was such good help!! She was amazing and actually talked to us about other things like Getting to know us rather than just focusing than selling the vehicle. She has AMAZING customer service and exceeded our expectations!! You should go and ask for her. You will not be disappointed. She very pretty and very charismatic person and would love to help you. Finance people were a little grumpy/rude but other than that overall, this place has wonderful customer service.

Khun Honda is amazing. When I went there to get my car I got to work with several members of the team and all of them were great. They will work hard in finding you a good deal and make it suitable for your needs. I highly recommend Isaac Santana is an excellent representative, he's a nice, knowledgeable sales agent that will help you make a good decision. Isaac listened me, he worked hard to give an answer to my several questions until I was happy and ready to decide.

I just bought a 2014 Honda Accord Coupe EX from Kuhn Honda and couldn't be happier with my experience. Our sales specialist was Mark Howard and he not only met our expectations but exceeded them. He truly cared about us and the entire process from start to finish. I had no questions left unanswered and never once felt pressured.. the only thing I felt was 100% confident in my decision to buy the vehicle because of all the extensive information and knowledge Mark provided. I've dealt with a lot of car salesman but I will forever be grateful to Mark for making this such a memorable experience. I strongly advise if your in the market for a car to go right to Kuhn Honda and ask for Mark!! Thank u for making today so special for us! We love our new car!!
