Justin Phillips and Brandon Stump were super helpful. Answered all our questions, had the Nissan frontier beautiful and gassed up for pickup, and quickly handled all paperwork making this one of the easiest transactions in our life! My wife an I purchased a used certified 2012 SRX cadillac from the hickory store.we had the car an few days an was not happy with the size of the car try to trade for a different car but they tired too get me for $10,000 an wasn't about to get screw over,an now with only 57,000 miles on the car it just had to have 3 wheel bearings, my wife an 17 month old son ride in this car everyday wheel bearing is a safety an been a mechanic myself I don't see a car or anything with 57k miles have 3 bad wheel bearings then my extra $3000 warranty plan y'all sold me wouldn't cover the third bearing an I had asked to speak to Dave Everett an was promised to get to talk to him an never have yet so yea I'm very unsatisfied with this car until someone makes it right to me!!!! I still want to Dave Everett

Roger and I have worked with Jeff Richards of Everett's service team several times. Each experience has been rewarding and the job gets done. Truth be told, Everett has A1 service and Jeff is the best rep and hopefully they will never let him go.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Everett and I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

I did purchase a used vehicle with 35,000 miles. Within the short 6 months that I had the car, I spent over $3,000 on repairs. On top of the repairs, we never received our second set of keys and a car detail that was promised. I also brought my vehicle by to be serviced and they were unable to figure out how to turn of the "service required light" and did not change the oil.

When i called the dealership to let them know of my experience, I was told "I should not have bought my car because it is a bad vehicle." This goes to show you can not trust the salesman and the promises they feed you! I truly believe I was sold a faulty vehicle.

I have since gone to a different dealership to trade my vehicle in and the horrible experience became more evident. My experience with another dealership was night and day compared to Everette. All of the concerns about the vehicle I purchased were addressed and fixed, I was able to buy my car at a fair price, and I have received numerous calls to ensure I had a great experience. Buyers please do your research!

If you go into this dealership stay clear of the sales guy named ROY. Dude is completely out of place compared to the rest of the staff. He has a huge attitude problem and is a jerk to you when you don't buy from him. He argues with you for as long as you will let him, is really rude and acts like he's better than everyone there. He's pretty easy to spot. Look for someone that is staring at your wife or girlfriend before he notices you. Then turns 5 shades brighter after turning the car down. What a freaking pill. The dealership is fine, nothing wrong with the facility or the service department.

We have bought just about all of our vehicles here. We deal with one salesman every time. He is super friendly and helpful. Very professional! We had some issues with our last car and wanted out after just 2 or so years. He was very apologetic and helped us out. We traded and are very happy with our current choice! Any time we have taken our vehicles in for oil changes and tire rotations and such the service department has been courteous and helpful! We will definitely continue to do business here and encourage others too as well!
