I purchased a very nice 2012 Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. The vehicle was very nice but the customer service was terrible. I got a 30 day temporary tag on 4/15/17 when I purchased the vehicle, with a promise that I would be receiving a new plate from PA, where I live & drove the vehicle to, following that day. On 5/15/17 I had my state representatives office call the dealership to inquire as I had not received my new plate & the temporary tag expired that day. Because none of the men could help us we were transferred to a nice lady named Tammy. After a 6 minute wait we called back because the transfer never worked, but Tammy answered. Following a recap of the situation, we were told that the vehicle had been sold on consignment & that the seller had to have time to receive his payment. Also that a 3rd party licensing firm was handling the processing of the license so naturally it would take longer than a transfer in NC or a regular purchase vs a consignment. We were assured the plate would be coming. On 5/31/17 I received a call from Tammy, who requested more information, specifically the reverse side of both of our PA drivers licenses in addition to the reverse side of our insurance card. I mentioned that the young man in charge of our purchase transaction had made copies of all of those documents. She stated that they must have forgotten to make those copies back in April. I agreed to make copies & fax them to her. I faxed the copies that day. I called the next day to verify her receipt of the documents, which she verified. On 6/8/17 I called for a status & was told the plate should arrive by FedEx on 6/09/17. ON 6/09/17, I was not home when FedEx arrived & the note left by them stated that a signature was required & they would return on 6/12/17. So, I waited 2 more days. I altered my work schedule of Monday 06/12 so I could be home that afternoon to wait for FedEx. My new plate was mounted on my truck that day. Hooray! However, I will not go back to this dealership ever again. Basically, they need to do a lot better. Y'all other folks can decide for yourselves.

I was looking for a 2015 Tahoe. Jacob found me one in just a few days. Very pleased with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again. Great customer service!!

I absolutely love my Jeep. These people have gone out of their way to be sure I was treated like family during the whole buying process. They even delivered my car to the driveway. I would really recommend that anyone wanting to purchase a high quality vehicle, they go here.

I had no problems trading in my Chevy H1 Alpha for a BMW M6 at this dealership. Screw the big box dealerships! I rather deal with people who know and appreciate ALL luxury vehicles instead of just pushing their brand.

My wifes 6 month old Durango was totaled so we began searching for a replacement with the exact same options. We looked for several weeks and even contacted the original dealer with no luck. I had a friend refer me to Auto Sport. I spoke to David and he said he would search for the car we were looking for. Surprisingly I heard back the very next day. He reviewed the several options they had with price. My wife and I decided on which on we wanted. David had it transferred to their dealership within a week. We came and test drove it. Decided to sign the papers and now its been in our garage for a few weeks.
The new management is top notch, straight forward and easy to deal with!!!response / report this review
