I came to Hickory Mazda on Saturday looking for a new car. An employee named Raul helped me out the entire time and made the experience comfortable. I left with a car I really liked in the end. They even helped me get it to my house on a saturday evening. Thanks Hickory Mazda!

Worst dealership ever!!!! They screwed me over on a truck I bought no more than a month ago I just got back from Iraq wanted to treat myself with a nice truck but I've put over $3,000 in repairs on it already and now I have to put another $3,700 in repairs. Needless to say the truck is not drivable. I've spent more time with this truck in the shop than on the road. They only tried covering up these problems instead of fixing them this dealership had no problem screwing over a service member, they probably count less sleep at night when they sleep.

I have purchased 3 cars from this facility. Now when you try to get someone on the phone, they let it go to VM and they will not call back. I will not waste anymore time with this company. No customer service

We were only looking and weighing our options and came home with a new car. Salesmen were incredible and we came away with a deal no other dealerships around would come close too. Great people. Great service. Great values.
Edit, once my car was bought it's been like pulling teeth to getting anything else done as far as service and recalls fixed. Transmission went out on my car with under 30k on it and they tried everything to make me pay for any part they could. Attempted to get out of the 100k mile warranty and the refused to give status updates during week long services for repairs. Salesman who sold me the car originally acted as if I didn't exist when I showed up with problems.
Overall, buying the car was easy, but I wouldn't recommend any other services be done at this dealership.

These guys are SO NICE. My car broke down on the way home from work today at the intersection where they're located. Four employees came out to help me without me even asking. They manually pushed my car from the street to their lot in the hot sun and I am SO thankful for them. They let me wait inside in the cool air and offered me assistance and water. I have not purchased from them, but after this experience of just amazing service and helpfulness, I would seriously consider Mazda Hickory! These guys really do care and help! Thank you, Mazda Of Hickory!

When I bought my new car (2017 Mirage G4) I was ecstatic. Now it seems as though the whole dealership thinks I'm just a bother. I was promised things that were not delivered and the service manager all but said that I'd bought an inferior car! I'm outraged and will never go back to Hickory Mazda again.
Their detail crew can't even wash a car right.

My first time going there and it was great been to a lot of service centers and it was by far one of the best everyone there was nice and very helpful even had a play room for the kids and it took less than 35 minutes. Keep up the good work it really makes a big difference on should I go back or not..
