They need better line control. Cashiers were polite, prices good. Be sure to use Mobil coupons. WiFi is terrible in the middle of the store.

Couldn't find what we wanted, employees saw us looking around, oblivious to the two of us. We commented to each 3 times that we couldn't find what we were looking for loud enough for 3 employees to hear us and were offered no assistance at all. We left purchasing nothing! Thank you, ANNOYED!

Kohl's had a very nice sale going on when I visited and they still had sufficient levels of inventory so that I was able to make the purchases I had planned.

I love this Kohls. It's always relatively clean for a department store. And on my last two visits, the cashiers were so sweet and enthusiastic about their job! I don't know their names, they were both probably in their 60's or 70's, working on the registers near the shoe department. They made my shopping experience even more enjoyable!

I used to love shopping at Kohl's but in the last 2 years the quality of the products they sell has went downhill. I haven't had too many issues in the men's departments if I shop for my boyfriend or son but when it comes to the women's departments nothing lasts. The zippers break on my jeans, holes appear after one wash in shirts and leggings, jewelry falls apart after only being worn once or twice. Unless the quality of the women's products improve I will no longer be shopping at any Kohl's.

Very clean and welcoming. Nice selection of clothes. Regular priced clothing is a little on the expensive end, but you can get some great deals on their clearance racks -especially at the end of a season. They let you use coupons - even on clearance items.

Severely disappointed with your fraud department. Received fraud on our Kohls credit card from New York-when we live in Michigan. We were told that we had to continue to make payments (on the amount charged that was not authorized) and then was told there was no fraud found due to our recent activity on the account? Keep in mind we never even activated the credit card. What a joke of a company and what a terrible way to treat customers. BBB was contacted. 👎🏼

The store is usually clean and organized. Dressing rooms are kept clean and neat. Lines usually move quickly. Customer service center handles returns quickly.
