I don't normally shop at Kohl's because it's usually pretty expensive. I search the clearance areas. But this store's staff are wonderful. It's a clean store and everyone is helpful.

Extremely clean, quiet, and organized. Short staffed, but items are easy to find. Also, this location always has awesome sales on jewelry, twice one I have gotten 90% off on great quality jewelry. Highly recommended

very upset my sister and my 89 yr old mother went there to shop last night my mom doesn't walk well and leans on a cart like a walker while shopping so she leaned on a cart from the parking lot to walk in a sales clerk yelled at her said thats not one of our carts take it out of our store right now my poor mother was is tears but refused then the clerk said just be sure you dont leave that cart in our store my mother was so upset was being rude to a 89 yr old woman over such a minor thing realy necessary i realy want to complain t6o someone this is so wrong i will never ever shop there again verbally abusing an old woman just makes me wonder are they rude to everyone or just the poor defenseless elderly

Excellent clothing store. Thousands of items and brands to choose from. Great prices and discount programs / clearance / sales racks. Great friendly staff. Store Super clean and organized. I could go in Purchase $150 worth of clothing. With sales.. Discounts Coupons came out to around $60!

Will never shop at this Kohls again. Went tonight and wanted to exchange my curtains simply because they were too long. Well they didn't have the size we needed in stock so we asked for store credit. So then we went and picked out $200 worth of more stuff. When went to the service counter to cash out, the lady tells us she will only credit us half of what we bought the curtains for. Which we paid $50 for those and she was going to credit us $22 back! Are you kidding me? I'm spending more money here, I just bought those curtains 3 days ago and spent $350 that night too. To top that off I found them $15 cheaper on amazon! I don't like supporting amazon, as I also work in sales and understand how amazon undercuts and is taking jobs away. Butt this is the kind of stuff that makes me never want to shop here again! I'm looking for my receipt again tonight and if I find it I will be returning everything I bought. So you lost over $500, and at least 2 customers. "Local" customers might I add! all because you wanted to make $20! I should say their is a tall blonde who we seen both times over by the curtain section who is very helpful every time we have been in! Still won't be back tho!!! I love kohls, but I'll drive 30 mins out of my way to avoid the lapeer kohls forever.

Best place to shop for clothes bedding kitchen accessories ( small) appliances. Clothes buyer needs to get more involved in petites and maternity. But values are great and help is ready to be there even if they have to walk you too items. Finally got a charge card now I get coupons!! Never was waited on without a smile!! K. Cardinal.
