I can unfortunately see why so many naturalizer stores are closing. Very inconvenient online shopping (two weeks delivery, expensive return shipping). So I drove an hour to the outlet to return my online purchases. The Google listing for the store says it's closed on Sunday's & no one answered when I tried calling. Finally make it up there on a day I know they're open & the store is listed a half a mile away from its actual location. I politely brought these to the managers attention & she said well that's what you get for trying to use computers. Furthermore she was not able to help me completely with the return process. Won't be purchasing their products in the future. Not worth the hassle. The Walking Company is my new favorite store!
