As you can imagine there were items everywhere and picked over do to the holidays. I must say the employees were very freindly and helpful with smiles on their faces. They had some really good deals. Their opening hours are very convent.

I think almost every piece of clothing I own, including shoes, underwear, etc., came from Kohl's. They have a nice selection and shopping online with pick-up in store is great. My only complaint is I can never find anyone to help me!

All locations in Tucson are wonderful. The staff is very friendly. I love the lines of clothing that are carried. Return policy is great. Pricing is good when you can use sales and coupons.

Close to the mall in Tucson. I was able to get what I was looking for. Overall a good experience. This was my first visit to this Kohl's location.

I went to Kohl's to find wine colored dress shirts for my sons for a family wedding next month. I was sure I would find one here, and I did. Kohl's has a wide variety of brands, colors, fabrics, and styles of dress shirts, which is why I came here. And as a plus, some of them happened to be on sale at the time I went in!

There is nothing bad I can say about this Kohl’s. The staff is nice and there’s a lot of house items. I’ve gotten some good Nike gear here and it’s one of our go-to places for stuff for the house.

What brick & mortar store charges fees to return online purchases in the store? Kohls does. Congratulations, you got me for $5.40. Savor it. It's the last time my family makes a purchase from Kohls.
Even the return experience sucked. Walk in one door and you'll have no clue there is a "customer service" counter on the other side of the store. Waited at the counter over 5 minutes while the manager watched the checkout line stack up 6 deep behind a cashier having an issue checking out a customer only to find out the manager couldn't process my return and I had to go to another counter to wait again.
Good luck with your going out of business sale. Won't surprise me when I see it.response / report this review -

I don't know why but I just can't stay away. The deals on clearance are sometimes just too good to resist. It would just be nice if the location was closer to the middle of town.
