We are locals and went to this hotel because our home had to be fumigated. We decided to make it a staycation and brought the dogs (2) and all of our gear! First of all we found the best price using an app and when we made the reservation we were advised that we wouldn't get charged anything until AFTER our stay. I am disabled and we needed a downstairs room unless there was an elevator. We were told that the suite designated for disabled guests was already booked but they had a suite next to it that was identical, the ONLY difference was that there was no door bell that lit up for the hearing impaired. That was fine for us.
When we pulled up with two dogs in tow the place was clean and orderly from the front lot and top to bottom. Next, the front desk clerk asked if we needed a hand and was happy to see our dogs, even asking their names and such. There was a luggage cart available at the front door, right outside the lobby and the clerk offered to help my partner with our things. The breakfast was free and always had fresh fruit, things were refrigerated and the kitchen staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and sparkling, but not suited for me as I need a wide set of stairs for entry and exit interview the pool but that was fine with me, our son would have loved it though. When we walked the dogs around the grounds there was no trash or litter anywhere,the place was immaculate! The only problem was that there weren't any outdoor trash cans to put the bags for dog poo (we always clean up after our dogs) so we would just leave the bags beside the tree out in the yard. Each time we went back out, the bags were gone!
The staff here is amazing! The accommodations we're terrific and the food was great. This year's staycation will be at the Country Inn as well.
Also, we needed to do laundry at 2am and when I went to the laundry room it, too, was immaculate, not even any lint in the dryers! I lost a quarter in the vending machine and the front desk clerk just gave me the laundry detergent and fabric softener as well, on the house. This is our #1 recommended hotel for Tucson!!

Luis, the manager was very accommodating to us and very welcoming. After our first night stay with cold water and a less than clean room, he upgraded us to a suite at no cost. Happy, happy! The continental breakfast was wonderful.

There were welcome cookies in the evening and apples in the morning. Clean and warm room, and the breakfast was convenient and yummy. Had some trouble getting the right shower temperature, but there were plenty towels and things worked out well otherwise

Great management and staff!!! Very friendly and hospitable. Rooms are clean, comfortable and all at a reasonable price. If I am ever back in this area I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

It's a 3 start motel with cookies and water bottles. Rooms were clean. Pillows sucked a lil dirty but we got what we paid for and it was enough for a 1 nts stay

Just a basic hotel, it's not fancy, but it isn't dumpy either, rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, nothing special but I'd stay here again

Clean, convenient and affordable. Doesn't have some of the amenities of surrounding hotels but if you want a good basic hotel near airport, this one to consider.

My stay was a 4 day business trip. Hotel has everything that other hotels have for the price, but the whole staff was great, from front desk, spotless cleaning of my room daily and not just dropping off fresh towels, to the ladies meticulously cleaning and restocking the breakfast bar. A big thank you to Cindy at the front desk. My flight wasn't until 4:55pm and she saw to it that i was able to leave my room late.

Normally I would give this hotel a four-star because it's a bit dated but for the price it was outstanding. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. There were nice touches for example - fresh fruit and lemon water in the waiting area.

The staff are very courteous and the rooms are clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable and complementary breakfast. And they are extra courteous to military.

Efficient check in. Room was ready by 1pm. Stated in a King suite. Was nice to have the extra tv for our boys to watch. Breakfast area looks nice. Coffee station available all day. Very close to airport, Davis Monthan base and Air National Guard base. Lots of airplanes to see in the skies! Pool is small, but more than adequate. We would return.

This was a nice Country Inn location, it's close to the airport. The place itself is in a quiet location not exactly on a major street. There were plenty of parking spots and plenty available right next to the entrance, although I did not go during any busy season. As you first enter they had 2 large luggage carriers available for guests to take. They have a nice little sitting area once you're inside. The front desk receptionist was nice and welcoming. Quickly got us our keys and informed us about pool timings and breakfast timings. She offered us cold bottled water, which was nice after a long drive. They also have cookies, candy and iced cucumber water available for guests at the front. Our room was nice and spacious. There was a convenient thermostat to control the temperature. We had a 1 king bed room, it also had a desk and chair and another sofa chair in front of a flat screen TV that wasn't attached to the wall but on a table. The bed however was a little lumpy and slightly uncomfortable. The bathroom was nice and big. Everything was clean and kept up. They serve hot breakfast at 6 am but we had to get on the road and had breakfast at 5:30 am. During that time they have coffee, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, some fruit, and a drink dispenser with juice and water. Overall it was a nice experience.
