Location was a little tricky due to construction in the area, but well marked. Rooms were clean, comfortable. Front desk staff was personable, friendly and helpful.

Nice room. Great staff. Too bad there wasn't a complimentary breakfast.

We came here for a nice room that accommodated our small dog without the hassle of extra fees, and got exactly what we expected in that regard. What we didn't expect, was all of the difficult construction that makes accessing this place a real pain. This is not the hotel's fault in any way but travelers just need to be aware they may have to drive out of their way and negotiate muddy dusty streets to get here until the Ina Road exit area's construction is completed. No deductions of points were given for the construction, however. Hotel staff was courteous and efficient, and prices were right on track given the amenities (free coffee but no free breakfast). A 10% discount is offered for a nearby Denny's. Also be aware, there are no nearby options for stores or shopping while the construction is underway.

It was difficult to find the entrance because of construction going on in the area. The room was a very good deal and they allowed us to check in early since the reason we had to get a room was because I needed as stationary place to connect to Wi-Fi so I could work remotely between our travels home.

We stayed here for two nights this previous weekend with my 2 year old daughter. The hotel was ok. It seemed like a "trucker" hotel; all the other guests looked like truckers. We didn't see any other families with young children. The room was good, it was just pretty plain and the restroom needed a good cleaning. There was trash left under the bed from guests before us. If you have pets this is a good place to stay, it's very pet friendly! My daughter loved seeing all the dogs. Overall it was a good stay.

Very nice check-in staff. Sink AND tub do not drain - even with plug open/removed. Sink had toothpaste and a wet dirty wash cloth was hanging on the shower rod when I walked in. Entire facility badly needs painting. Plumbing needs repair. Will likely not recommend nor return to this hotel.

A.c. needs too work better. Took a long time to get cold. Once it got cold it was nice. Loved the refrigerator and microwave in the room. And access to doing laundry. Hated the toilet paper so rough.

It's okay for its price. The AC is really bad here. It's cool but not what I expected. The staff is really helpful. I love that they don't have dog size restrictions either! Overall not too bad for its price.

Thought it was nice at first until I laid on the bed and my clothes were covered in some kind of animal hair triggering an allergic reaction. If not for that, I would've given it 5 stars.

I wouldn't call this hotel a dump but it is certainly "dumpy". This is very much a no frills experience hotel. The wi-fi is very slow, there is not a breakfast, the rooms are very basic, and smells are unavoidable. The elevator smells like old food and feet. Our restroom had a faint urine smell (I'm pretty sure from the faux wood floor and not the toilet) and the tub had several hairs (not ours) to accessorize the mildew growing in the corners. Our bathroom vent didn't work and the door is oversized making for awkward exists. The rooms come with a safe but no fridge and the lighting it pretty harsh.

There's also construction which also made this place difficult to get to.

On the plus side the staff was okay, although we witnessed a man complaining that he wouldn't stay in his room because "it was too dirty" which really should of been a red flag.

Overall I wouldn't come back here myself.

This visit was far from enjoyable. Upon arriving, the last at the front desk was very unwelcoming. Her attitude was poor and she was just impatient and rude. So after being rushed threw checking in, we are given 1 key to the room, on the third floor. We go up and try the key given to us. It does not work. This starts a whole new issue with this woman. She insisted it was my fault, took the key then just angrily made two more telling me the door had never had problems before. Upon returning to the room both keys in hand yet again attempting to open the door. Nope not these two keys either. Instead of dealing with grumpy I got lucky a cleaning lady happen to be two rooms down and was more then happy to open the door for us when I told her what was going on. To make matters worse on the desk lady the man in the room across the hall told me that he had the same problem and they had to move him rooms so. I guess the door has an issue and insted lf fixing it they just blame customers. NEVER GOING BACK.

Looked newly renovated. Beds were comfortable.

The only issue is that the bathrooms were not very clean. Our toilet smelled like stale urine and had mildew/mold in it. Shower was mostly clean but could have been better.

I believe the bathrooms in all the rooms and the public facing restroom in the lobby need to be renovated. It seems that part was glossed over in the renovation. They also need to be cleaned much, much better.
