The location was very nice and near the airport, the rooms were very nice with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. The staff was also very helpful.

Comfortable bed with excellent pillows. Wall thermostat w/precise temp control a plus. Top-notch bathroom facilities. Did not use the attached restaurant & bar. Biggest negative is, breakfast was not included in rate (no issue for me but might be for you). Layout is a bit of a maze, but you'll be fine once you find your room. Great selection if you're offered a competitive rate and don't mind paying for breakfast if that's not included.

Stayed one night to get an early start for the next day's flight out of town. The room was spacious and clean. Service quick and friendly. I ended up clogging the toilet and they were right up to fix it. The maintenance worker was polite and friendly. He did not make me feel bad about the situation and cleared the clog with no mess.

Decent breakfast if you get the full buffet. Clean rooms. Sheets changed daily. Frendly staff.

Rooms desperately need updates and maintenance. The faucet in the tub/shower was completely detached from the wall. Sink faucet leaked. Drain plug was stuck closed so bathroom sink quickly filled up. Air conditioner loud.

The only redeemable quality is the breakfast, which is decent (but extra $).

Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. My bed and pillows were very comfortable after a long drive across the country. The bar and tender were nice. I would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel property right by the airport concerned me regarding the noise level of incoming and departing flights. However, I was pleasantly surprised that this place was quite a luxurious desert oasis. I was just passing through on my way to San Diego but found enjoyment and respite in my spacious and well appointed room with a courtyard and pool view. The signature scent provided in the lobby, hallways, and my guest room was so comforting that I am searching for the blend to put in my new home in San Diego. And for once, this hotel actually got the whole breakfast thing correct!! A hot breakfast including biscuits and sausage gravy, bacon, eggs, bagels, toast, fresh fruit and other delicious items were provided at no extra charge.and it was all very freshnot powder-based or left overmy service attendant was friendly and served me in a fine dining atmosphere opposite of my guest room across the courtyard. I have found outstanding accommodations in San Diego as well as other cities I have traveled to, but this little Four Points in Tuscon is truly a desert oasis worthy of praise.

Nice spread out property with a pool. Room was very large. But despite a huge room, the bathroom was very tiny. Also was put on the second floor with my elevator, and after a long day traveling, hauling suitcases up stairs was not what I wanted to be doing. However, staff were very helpful and pleasant, every single one that I met.

The room was clean and the staff is great. It was nice to grab a margarita at the end of an evening from their restaurant and sit by the fire pits. They do serve Starbucks coffee in the lounge including lattes and macchiatos. I really loves how updated the rooms are. Definitely worth your money!

This is the ONLY place I stay in Tucson if my family and I are in the area.
This place is very affordable, clean, & professional.
Don't waste your money on cheaper places, spend the extra on a better experience. You get what you pay for.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. They all have balconies or porches. Makes for nice evening with a cup of coffee. Decent breakfast. You will need to spend $5 to upgrade to a warm breakfast but all in all a nice hotel. would stay again

The experience staying here was very good. The check in process was quick and friendly. We originally got a room that smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, but as soon as we called down the lobby we were moved immediately with no questions. The rooms ba email balconies, so we speculate that someone may have smoked out on it a lot and the smell got caught in the room. We had drinks at the bar, and this was also a great experience. The bar tender was very friendly and the drinks were great.

Friendly front desk staff. Very Tucson/Southwest style campus with several 2 story buildings surrounding a garden and pool area. Room was spotless, modestly decorated, and functional. Full size ironing board a plus. No cups in bathrooms? Would recommend if you need to stay near the airport.
