rooms are a little run down and the tv is too small. lamp shade had weird stains on it. train goes by blaring its horn multiple times after midnight. keep finding multiple bugs in the bathroom every time i go in there. staff is friendly though.

The staff was amazing. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Lobby smells like fresh baked cookies giving it a "homey" feel. Would definitely stay here again

What a shame. We stayed at the hotel, and found the staff friendly, and loved the amenities (cookies, water, breakfast, internet included). However, I made the dire mistake of leaving my shaving kit behind in the room. This was not just my shaver, and electric toothbrush,, but my heart medicine.
Upon calling, the front desk staff said "no problem, call the GM, and we'll arrange to ship it back to you". So far so good, right? Wrong.
I left a voice message that same day for the GM, David P. A day went by, no return call. I called back and left another voice message. No response. Called the front desk again. They said the GM was off, but they would call his cell phone and he would call me back. NO CALL.
Five calls, five messages. Front desk, GM; NO Calls.
Finally I called the corporate customer care office. They took my information and sent a message to the hotel. They said I'd receive call call within two business days. Two days later, one of the staff called me from Mailboxes etc, to confirm my address. They had it wrong, but we got it corrected and they finally shipped it back nearly a week and a half later.
I never did get a call back or explanation from the General Manager. I'm betting if I hadn't called corporate, I never would have gotten any response.
David P, you are a disgrace to your hotel. Country Inn and your customers deserve better .

Friendly staff, a clean room with a comfortable bed, and a good hot breakfast. Not sure what else one could want in a hotel. Even on the ground floor, the room was quiet. The lobby has complimentary cookies at night and bottled water any time.

Clean room. Had a handicap room. Bathroom is great. Roll in shower and shower chair. Staff friendly. Couldn't believe the free breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffle, fruit, cereal and more. Absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was easy to find right off the 10. The room was a little dirty. There was a hair in the bathtub, but overall for just a place to crash it was pretty good. I also like that it is pet friendly. The service was great, I was handed a water right when I walked in. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Very clean, smelled so good all the time. Breakfast was amazing! Enjoyed the free delicious cookies too. Thanks to the staff who were all so friendly and courteous!

Got a room for $62. Easily the best value in Tucson. Hotel looks like it's been recently remodeled. Rooms are great and clean. Service is very friendly. Easy access to the freeway

My favorite hotel in Tucson so far! they have free water delicious cookies and an awesome breakfast, clean rooms comma and makeup remover pads! We will be staying here next time we come to town!

They were very accommodating. My father in-law was hospitalized and they were very flexible in giving us a later checkout. Their breakfast was good and diverse and changed between the two mornings we were there. They provide additional perks like refrigerated water bottles and fresh cookies. The room had both a mini fridge and microwave! Clean rooms and wonderful staff as well! Whenever we're staying in Tucson again we will stay here.

The Country Inn & Suites is located off to the right of the highway on St Mary's, which is really easy to get to. When we walked in, they had free cookies, water, and fruits for first time visitors. The customer service was really nice and polite when they asked of you needed anything. When we got to the room it was very nice because we had a suite which had a living room with a TV, it also had a microwave and fridge which was awesome. The pillows and mattress were comfortable as well. The country inn & suites was one of the best hotels I stayed in.
