This nice hotel has the 5starstaff and a swimming pool with salt water instead of chlorine which makes it lovely. There is always coffee available which is terrific.

A quiet, reasonably priced hotel with a friendly staff. They always take good care of El Tour de Tucson riders. It's in a good location, too. I'd bump them up to five stars if they went a little further toward being sustainable (ditch the individually wrapped soap and shampoo, switch to dispensers).

We stay here at least once of not twice/year AND we get multiple rooms for family. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and the rooms are beyond comfortable. Full kitchens, living rooms, vanity space, large tub and super comfortable bed with Uber fluffy pillows! We will always stay here when on Tucson!

Great place to stay. Has nice size rooms and one bedroom suits. Have stayed in both type rooms. All have small kitchen area. Common area has pool table for guests. Fitness center is very nice. Everything is nice would recommend to anyone

Amazing suite. Super comfortable pull out couch, amazing night staff (we arrived at 1am) all 3 rooms with great tvs. Great balconies (2) with separate entrance from all 3 rooms. Great kitchen with everything, toaster and blender and full size coffe maker. Absolutely the best hotel I've stayed at for the price. We will absolutely be back, and tell family about this jewel.

The hotel room is very clean and recently updated. Definitely will stay here again. Hot tub is a little small. Overall a good place to stay.

Check in was very fast and easy. It is located on the corner of a pretty busy street but we didn't hear much traffic (even when in the pool) so that was nice. Our room had a weird smell which was coming from the air conditioning units. They need to change and clean the filter more often. Rooms were clean upon arrival.

Just alright. The room was nice, the jetted tub in the bathroom was a nice surprise. However, what hotel has check out at 10:00 in the morning? Fortunately they called me at 10:26 to tell me they had my receipt ready and to in essence get out. No mention when I checked or notice on the back of the door to indicate check out time.

Awesome hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of things for my teen age and tween age daughters to do. Nice workout room. Big rooms with a full size fridge and kitchen in them if you want to cook and be in town a while. Across the street from a CVS and a McDonald's.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff
Our room was spacious and the kitchen well supplied. Wi-fi was good and even the pool allowed me to do some "mini-laps" which I enjoyed since I didn't have time to find a public pool in the area. Staff was extremely friendly. Very pleased.
For most people the location is probably good, but if you don't drive it's a little far from downtown. 🙂
Overall left a good impression and I would gladly recommend this hotel.response / report this review -

A friend of ours was staying here and we came over to use the pool with them. The pool is great and gorgeous at night. Definitely a great place to stay in Tucson.

Good parking and easy access, yet the hotel is located on the corner of a moderately busy intersection. There is little to no car noise however, and the (King-sized) beds are very comfortable. Some rooms are optimized for handicap access, which is the main appeal for this hotel. Decent location considering the amount of restraunts and stores nearby. Showers vary between rooms, though the bed quality stays the same. Air conditioning is easy to control and the amenities are environmentally friendly. The staff are very social and nice. The hotel has a small game room (ping pong and foosball), along with the billiards table in the lobby. I haven't yet swam in the pool, but it looks like a great time. I've been here a total of three times so far and each experience has been consistent. Overall, it's a solid 4 stars for me. I'll be returning next year for sure. Highly recommended hotel.

Can't say enough them. Beautiful rooms and very clean. All the staff was very helpful during my stay. Greg helped in so many ways between helping find restaurant to just going above and beyond with genuine kindness. This room truly felt like home. Highly recommended.

This hotel is great for short stays. I'm giving it 3 stars for these three reasons: 1) the front receptionist was not in a good mood or very friendly, we didn't have any issues but he was already annoyed with a previous customer ahead of us and carried that mood when he got to me. 2) the hotel does not have a kitchen or any type of food service. And 3) they close fairly early so if you want to make your reservation for the night you better get there early or you can't get in, the front doors remain locked at night and no one will be there to greet you unless you already have your key card to enter the building. Other than these issues the room we got was exceptional for the price, everything is very clean and fairly newer. They provide coffee in the room and a kitchen. Was very pleased with our stay and would return for short stays only.
