The lady Jackie in jewelry is rude and not helpful. She seemed to only be pleasant to people with an appearance of money. I stood there 20 minutes with only her looking at me once and rolling her eyes. When I asked her if I could check out there she told me no Then i asked why if i am getting jewelry (she was checking someone out) she said she would only do so if i actually bought something behind the cpunter ( which I intended but was not able to sense i was waiting to be helped). I am starting to hate Kohls.

They lied about their coupons so they can get more money. Stores are struggling I guess, we should be able to use a coupon if we could do the same last time we visited.

Clothes are displayed vey messy and dfo tightly together you can't look at them, half are oon the floors and dressing rooms and packages are damaged on a lot of items

Last night, 07/24/2017 at 7:30pm., I returned a large online order of shoes and clothing that didn't fit right. The girl that did the returns was polite, and organized. Please know that she is an awesome employee and represented your company 100 percent!! I wish I had her name. If you need info from the receipts to help identify her,

Spent half an hour wheeling myself around in the wheelchair looking for maternity section. 2 employees pointed me one direction, another employee pointed me the other direction. Another half hour later of looking, yet another employee informs me they no longer even have a maternity section Do your employees get educated at all? 7mo pregnant, can't walk and have to use a wheelchair, spent an hour tirelessly rolling and looking, all because employees have no idea what you even sell.
