I worked with Harby to design an engagement ring and he helped me all throughout the process. He communicated very well in terms of what to expect at each step, and it was even ready ahead of when we discussed. The ring turned out amazing and just what I wanted! My fiancé loved the design and that it was made especially for her. However when I did propose to her, we had to have it resized and Harby was very helpful with that as well, getting it back as fast as he could, you cant even tell it was resized. I also worked with his son Brad who was also very helpful with the process. If I ever need any Jewelry needs again I would come here, I highly recommend them.

Hugh did a fantastic job with my Fiance's ring! Working with Harby's was a pleasure throughout the process of picking out the setting and diamond all the way to fitting it for her. She absolutely loves it and I know we will be returning for wedding bands and future items. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic experience. Everything from beginning to end was perfect. The ring I came away with was exactly what I was looking for. Prices were great, the people I dealt with were great, and the service was impeccable. I'll never go anywhere else for jewelry.

Bought my wife's engagement ring last year through Hugh and Brad per my aunt's recommendation (she lives in Jacksonville, I am in DC). Awesome help throughout the process even though it was all over the phone and email. Went back to them this year for the wedding bands. Beautiful, perfectly fitting jewelry. Shipped quickly and securely. Fantastic to work with, beautiful products. Not surprised to see all the five star reviews. Thank you!

I’m in sales, so while I can appreciate a good sales pitch, I really don’t like the feeling of being pressured. At Harby Jewelers I never once got the feeling of being pressured nor did they try to make me break my budget. Hugh listened to what I wanted and then delivered! Within a few days he had about 8 different stones for me to look at that all fit my criteria. He guided me stone by stone until I felt comfortable making an educated decision. Once the stone was selected he helped me design the setting which turned out stunning! Their responsiveness and professionalism are what set them above the rest. Thanks Harby Jewelers!
