I was really trying to come to conclusion of either cursing out the manager or calling corporate. The service (if that thats what you want to call it) was terrible. I waited 20 minutes for a simple order of chicken nuggets that were burnt and cold( someone explain) then I went back to ask for a cup of water which I had to pay for. and this is probably the only place in America that charges for water and has tax on it. I was there for less then a hour and was fed up with this place. I'm only leaving this review to thank one employee he was very tall, cute, and hadbig hair. He must of been a mind reader because he could tell I was having a miserable time and asked what he could do. I told him " you guys could have better service" he remade my food and gave my daughter some tokens. Thank you for everything.

I took my daughter to her friend’s birthday party. And she really enjoyed herself. She is definitely looking forward to coming back again. May come back and bring my other children and have a family day.

My kids and I had a terrific time. They could use some better music and better food. They also have two really sweet and handsome employees named Josh and Andrew who also made my kids and I have a great time ! Check this place out !!!!

Toddler time. Kids under 6 can bring non-motorized vehicles and play on soft play set. My 4 year old had a blast!

This place use to be the spot to go with the old workers here. I brought my daughters here every Saturday for skate lessons with guy Kanny last summer. There is no more structure at this place.I never know who is working here anymore. Just last week, I had what looked like a 12 year old girl ring up my admission. So kids under 16 can work here? Every time I see at worker I always get the saying " I am not on the clock" BUT there is like 40 kids behind the counter playing with workers. Mostly little girls and people on their phones.. There is nothing family oriented about this place vs last summer. Some of these google reviews are NOT accurate because I was just there and all I ever see is kids running this place. You HONESTLY never know who is working. Now I have seen old workers help out some familiar faces. Children shouldn't be handing me my food or helping with tickets in a game machine. I am not here to say how terrible it has become, but if the shoe fits, wear it. This is a place of business with NO FAMILY MORALS.

I really enjoyed skating here. Prices are very reasonable and the staff were nice. The music was fantastic and the extra activities were helpful and convenient. So if the kids get tired and need a break or don't skate well there are other ways to have fun.

I am from out of town. My daughter and I love to skate and this seemed like a nice place from the website. However, the wood floor has quite a few flaws, the sound system is very bad and half the games were out of order. Then, 10 minutes after I got there, a floor guard came up and said I had to remove my hat. That is ludicrous! How could that be a liability? I have been to dozens of ri ks from New York to Florida, and over to Cali back when I raced 25 yrs ago. This is the 1st rink ever to say "no hats". I cant skate without it because I will sweat down into my eyes.so, we had been there 10 minutes and they wouldnt refund my money after I explained about the sweat dripping onto the floor and causing a bigger fall hazard than a hat. If the hat was that big of a deal, why was it not listed on the home page of (or anywhere on) the website and why did no one say something at the time I was paying? Simple answer is, they wanted my money. So they were underhanded, at the very least, by allowing me to pay for 3 admissions, then waiting a few minutes to say something about the hat. Thats pretty dirty imho.

It's amazing there everything is re done and there are better employed they have made it more safe and fixed alot I've been there for a long time and I plan on going there for a lot more, once you get to know the wiekers,it's alot better

Overpriced, dangerous, crappy place. Went here a couple of weeks ago.The food was too damn high & waiting 20 minutes to get food and drinks was unacceptable. And don't get me started on the parking lot. The parking lot is not well lit at all.There was a lot of shady activity going on outside of the establishment. People were outside doing I hope wasn't drug transactions. There was this shady looking older man just staring at the kids when we left. We got in our car & left. I'm not surprised something hasn't happened yet.And the fact that this place is in the cut and not well lit is a huge problem I have. I didn't feel safe at all while being there.I was even asked by a good friend to come there last Friday & after I told them the experience I had they saw for themselves. The roller skate need to be upgraded big time.
