Kaylin helped me choose the perfect earrings for my daughter’s first homecoming. She took the time to look at the dress with me, go through the choices and help make the perfect selection. She made a 14 year old very happy and feel very beautiful the night of homecoming. She followed up with a wonderful handwritten note. What a great experience!

Shannon was a great help when I went in recently to purchase a Pandora item to honor my mom who passed away 7 weeks ago. I wanted a bracelet with charms on it that were all about my mom. Shannon assisted me in choosing the perfect item, she positioned all the charms and she put the bracelet on my wrist. It was such an emotional moment for me but having Shannon there was truly a blessing. She was confident in the product. She answered all my questions and she made me feel very relaxed while making such an important decision. I LOVE my Pandora bracelet that is all about my mom and I can't wait to add on charms that will continue to celebrate her life in the coming years. Thank you Shannon.

vey rude staff. Worst customer service ever. The staff offered to help all the other persons in the store. Did not acknowledge me or asked if I needed help.
