Being in Orlando for the first time, my wife and I were able to have the experience of a life time thanks to this establishment. The staff was extremely helpful, and provided us with all of the services we needed while there. we were able to rent a car with their help, visit the theme parks at a DISCOUNTED price, and most importantly we were able to have a Florida experience that extended beyond the theme parks. We got to see gators, take some tours, ride and air boat, and these were just simply the best 14 days. We definitely recommend visiting Know Before You Go if you want a great time in Orlando.

Very helpful staff, we were looking for tickets to go to the main parks and they went above and beyond giving us maps, coupons, and helping us set our fast passes. Not to mention, that the manager speak multiple languages and he could help me translate all the info to my family.

Rude staff. Overcharge you for standard price 7 day lynx tickets by 4$per ticket.tell you tge dont have child options and over charge you at 5$ for all day pass.even though again tgey are only 4.50 on board children 7 plus are 2.25they just get rude and defensive when you ask why they charge more than anywhere else

We always buy our tickets online and pick them up at Know Before You Go in Orlando. Convenient location. Restaurants, things to do all in walking distance. Suggestions are welcomed and affordable. Staff has always been very friendly and most helpful in things to do. Walk the Main Street, bike, bus or trolley. We prefer to walk and see the shops and things to do. Great day trip. Much to see!

Best place to get your Disney tickets if you don't want to purchase them online or at the park. Skip the wait and go straight to KnowBeforeUGo. Highly recommend.
